Great video. I’m considering one of these to take a break from scale crawling. Performance on these looks really good.

Shouldve gotten a reefs. Their specs are on point. The raw 500 is bad ass.

Thats funny u should say that because I just got everything in to make it brushed and was going to swap out the servo with a 444 while I was at it. However this servo has performed very well👍👍

Ha, no not crazy, every rc guys wants his/her own indoors rock crawler course. Brilliant. Liked and subscribed. I'm considering buying a bully 2, but it's a lot of cash, can buy a small real car for the same price. Um...

It is alot of $$ but it's definitely super nice crawler 👍👍

I’m new to crawling. How do you run both motors off of the mamba x esc and control them separately

    • @fxrc3086

There's a few different ways but the best way is to run the back one on a 3rd channel and set that channel up as a slave channel for channel 2. Once u do that u can program channel 3 on a switch and give urself dig as well as under and over drive. Just make sure to disconnect the power wire on one of the ESCs auxiliary wire so u don't fry anything. I hope this helps👍👍

And there's 2 ESCs wired into one xt90 with one plugged into channel 2 and one with the power disconnect on the Aux plugged into channel 3

How much runtime are you getting with the 1500mah battery?

Let's jump in the way-back machine... 10 years ago, monstrous competition crawlers like this were pretty common. They also cost on average, three times what this one does!! I have a Bully 2 as well. It's the fulfillment of my RC crawling dreams!

@@fxrc3086 I chose Holmes hobbies electronics. Matched 13 turn crawl masters, the SHV500 V3 servo, and his BR mini dual speed control. It's going to be ridiculous!

Besides the bully 2 kit and Traxxas TRX-4 shocks and Vanquish 20mm servo horn its just the 2 castle Creations mamba X ESCs and 2 Holmes hobbies puller pro 540 moters and a savox 2290 servo. So I only added Electronics but Ive changed it to a brushed system and a reefs 444 servo since this video and It seems to be a better setup for this rig👍👍 videos coming soon... thank you

@@fxrc3086 I'be just received them, and I have to say that pot the price they are worthwhile.
The claimed capacity is right, and the range on my comp crawler is really good.
Thanks for having responding to my comment, your video is really interesting though !
