- Ever wondered who voices all of those NPCs who aren't mentioned by name in the credits? This series will reveal all!
Characters voiced by Gemma Whelan, Alec Newman, Salóme Gunnarsdóttir, René Zagger, Toby Regbo, Jeremy Ang Jones and Matt Stokoe.
Disclaimer: If you notice any missing voices that you're sure were voiced by a particular person, one of two things has happened. Either I've confirmed it isn't actually that person, or I haven't been able to confirm it's them with enough certainty to include it in the video.

My favourite is Lahabrea as Cagnazzo tbh and then I also got fucking flashbacks from Hephaistos voice lines

I never realized Elidibus voiced so many characters xD I feel like Emet's voice is too unique to hide amidst side characters
He's incredibly versatile, old Elidibus! I knew him originally from probably the least-Elidibus role it's possible to find 🤣 And you'd be surprised about the unique voices - they don't generally shy away from letting them do a bunch of random NPCs just because they're easy to spot! I tend to find the main villain of an expansion doesn't have any other characters in that expansion (Yotsuyu, Zenos, Emet-Selch) but then it's a free-for-all if they fancy it and are available (suddenly Zenos is also a dockworker, a pirate, a random peasant in the street...)

Did not realize Igeyorhm was the twins' mom! Or that Elidibus voiced so many other characters (and wasn't 80 years old with a lifelong smoking habit, LOL), or that Hythlodaeus had another character, either. Well done!
Thank you! Yeah, once I realised who was playing Elidibus in the Heavensward credits (I know him from other things) I started hearing him EVERYWHERE 🤣 He was only 26 when he first did the voice - he's younger than me!
Personally for a vid like this. I think it could have been better to just list the voice actor directly and then include all the roles they did, instead of listing them by a 'main character' and then show them all, often including mostly... the very character you show. It's just funny when you show Elidibus... voiced Elidibus. Vs. Matt Stokoe, the voice of Elidibus, along with Meffrid and Rasho from stormblood. Or René Zagger, who voiced Emet-Selch. You could have still done the format in this same way, voice actors of the ancients', but its just obvious that the character shown is the voice of the... character shown. rofl.
Before starting this series, I spent some time canvassing opinions on how people would most prefer it to be. They wanted me to:
1. Show the main character the actor plays.
2. Show the character pictures instead of actor pictures/faces.
3. In the case of videos featuring more than one actor, go through it by expansion rather than by voice actor.
People had lots of different reasons, but these were the main points that almost everybody agreed on. I'm happy to oblige and do it their way, since it's what the vast majority of people were asking for.
@@thegamesheplays Fair enough. For me I just prefer the voice actors got proper recognition for the amazing work they did and all the roles they got to do that we may not be aware of.
Maybe list the VA’s name underneath the main character’s picture. They deserve much more credit than they get.
