Was there during some kind of parade this summer. Was on a long road trip up out of Arizona visiting a friend, was way low on t-shirts ,Came out of the restaurant and a big truck was shooting stuff out of it, something bounced off the window behind me and into my hands and it was an extra large t-shirt.
This was one of the best videos yet! None of these places were on my radar (until now). Such thorough and relevant descriptions of the cities on the list. Kinda hoping this video doesn't get too many views...if you know what I mean. P.S. Brownie points for leaving the "bumfuck nowhere" part in 😂😂
@@SalemOR None are a total 'no way!' The entire greater Salem area is pretty desirable, and I can't wait to visit in person. But Albany and Dallas deserve a first look I think. Hmm...Costos or gyms?? 🤔
@@SalemOR 🙋🏽♂🤣 The gym is my HAPPY place though...I'm one of _those_ people. But I can't exercise if I haven't eaten. lol you're so right...life choices.
@SalemOR Hello. I really don't want to disparage an entire city, but I was informed about the racist history of Dallas. And a couple of years ago, I ran across some of those yahoos while returning from the beach with my wife. That being said, I'm really cautious not to place that jacket on an entire town. Hopefully those idiots were the exception to the rule. And I'd also like to state that I've done several construction jobs in Dallas, and didn't experience any foolishness, but that's not the same as purchasing a house. At any rate, we currently live in Salem (originally from St. Louis). Hopefully we'll be in the home buying market in the next couple of years. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
@@jayt-mac2074 Thanks for sharing. I hope those who live in Dallas can provide their 2 cents and perspective as well. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the town. It's always appreciated when locals (of Salem or beyond) share their perspectives.
I consider your expertise in rating these communities as very low. I have lived in or near all of them over the last 58 years and find your rating to be simplistic.
I uese to live Corvallis and Salem in1996 to 2002. I live in Korea and miss there a lot. I hope to come back one of those city and live there untill cows come home.

Which town stood out to you the most? Anyone that was a total "yes!" or "no way!"?
Thanks for watching!

These life choices are hard. Lol- I'd go with Costco because who REALLY wants to be at the gym?...

Also, AUMSVILLE where I live. We have only 3945 people!
Thanks for adding Aumsville to the list ◡̈
Dallas has a very INTERESTING history, and unfortunately, I've experienced some of those ghost.
Feel free to share your thoughts about Dallas. What should others know about the town before considering moving there?

Wow what a change! What was the most shocking thing about moving from Corvallis to Korea?
