I love my tractor which I got recently, but the Regen Process is one area I don't like for any of the new tractors. That is one reason I decided to keep my 2002 John Deere 790 tractor. I can just run it as long as I want without worrying about having to get it serviced.
I have a JD4044M tractor & they did a PATHETIC job of explaining how this regen process works. How to go about the regen process, the warning lights, & the button operations are not clear anywhere in the instruction manual or online videos. I can't tell when it's needed or when it's actually running. I've tried to follow the instructions several times. Very frustrating... :(
Regen means no smoke and no smoke means no fun
