Why I Only Eat Fresh Sea Moss...

I don't consider myself an expert on sea moss but I am sometimes asked my opinion on certain Sea Moss products sometimes sea moss gummies. I made this video just to clarify the reason why I don't take sea moss gummies or capsules because a lot of people have asked me.

tried sea moss gummies for the first time last night... slept like a beast and have been bouncing around most the day... was completely pumped at work in the morning... and only sat in the chair at home for 20min after work before heading out again when normally i would lie-down for 50min-ish feeling restless and exhausted. I can't seem to find anyone that has tried/reviewed actual raw/fresh sea moss - as in like not dried out. I seem to be close enough to a place that has Chondrus Crispus that is still fresh packed.

If you mean sea moss gel, yes I do take that. I make my own sometimes too. I prefer to buy the gel or to make the gel myself.
