HI Bradford, unfortunately Airstream construction requires a large amount of labor to it correctly. If they're going to have to remove and replace interior components, that adds even more work.
Your work is 100 times better than the butchery shown in the video but your guys could benefit from hiring or at least some pointers from an Airline overhaul sheetmetal mechanic.

Quotes I got to replace two panels was around $15,000. Does that sound accurate? I planned on doing it myself with shave-able rivets.
