how simple things make joy in every day life | what is slow living?

The happy life will never be determined by external things. No amount is enough for one who has too little, the Stoics said
so I turned 30 recently
and the work and life balance thing I'm still figuring out
so yes the other thing is, I was very burntout and I'm in an era seeking peacefulness and inspirations. nowadays.. I don't know how can I enjoy simple things again, I asked myself how can I enjoy mundane really is it possible, So I'm after all this stuff lately
and, trying to slow down for my mindset because I really want to feel excited as an artist again, see Im a floral designer, my boxes are from my studio for my cats.. they know how to enjoy simple things like card boxes, so im hoping they will teach me...
