may I please ask how you felt with the seated calf raises? I wasn't sure I did it correctly...I had my weights on my lap near my knees and sat on the edge of my bench, but didn't feel much in the calf..?
@@75JayLady I don't feel as much in the seated raise either. Next time I'm going to try it with my toes elevated in the seated position. I'm going though this a second time.

Oh my goodness this challenge has been exactly what I needed! I have been wanting a program just strength focused, emphasis on the reps and this is it! I have a small space so I have adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable kettlebell, and not having to switch weights every move has been so nice! Plus I am able to use my dumbbell to barbell adapter on a lot of the moves which has been awesome! I feel like jello after every workout and so sore for days, but I’m getting stronger! Thank you, I will be using these videos often!
I feel the challenge for sure. I’m saving the workouts to go through them again until I can do all the reps !
