Hamza, your self-improvement videos have helped me out so much in the past few months and ive been making so much progress in my overall mental health. Thank you for showing me the way to a better life i truly appreciate it.
I’m 22 now, I remember I cut off all the people I used hang out with daily about a little over a year ago. It wasn’t actually a difficult decision to make, however, applying it into my life was the hard part. I mean I hung out with these people every single day, multiple times a day. What really triggered me and activated the action threshold for me to cut them off, is once I started talking to them about self improvement and creating a better life for ourselves, they agreed, but they always had an excuse, for months, whenever it came to taking any action to begin the self improvement journey together. Once you realize they always have an excuse for when you want to hit a workout together or do something productive, it’s not very difficult to stop hanging with them at that point. The piece of advice I could give for anyone struggling with this currently, is to initiate that conversation of trying to get them on self improvement along with you. Who knows, maybe they will take action, but if not, it makes it easier to move on from them. It makes it very clear how much they hold you back.
This is one of your best videos so far. I rarely leave comments, but damn... You are just speaking my mind on this one. Those bullsh1t stereotypes about self-improvement nedded to be exposed, and you did it perfectly. Thank you for saving young men's lives brother!
Hi Hamza, Ayush here from India want to thank you for changing my life for real today I talked about the same first point which you said that bad habits are symptoms real problem is mental health I just want to say thank you. You inspired me to open a self-improvement channel in Hindi lately my exams have been going on so I haven't posted any videos except shorts. I am working so hard on myself but thank you for everything you have been like a mentor and a big brother to me
Thank you for all you've done to help our generation of young men trying to improve. You've given me the courage to commit fully to my UA-cam channel, and though I know it'll be hard, I won't quit.
21:20 advice for half geoffreys: 2 years ago (yes have been watching Hamza since Day 1) - quit the discord - quit league of legends (was playing 4 - 10 hours a day - quit sugar bro was I addicted to chocolates at least 100g of chocolate a day - those are only the quits, I added work and purpose to my life. I have added REAL Brotherhood in my life. My mental health is at a all time high, my work is better than ever. If you need one mindset shift to achieve this. It is to trust that it is actually going to be absolutely fucking worth it to be a valuable part of society, to have a lovint woman, to help out whoever you want. @@dakshdas5946 It is a thing which i can think we can relate to, we both faced the same problem in a way so I will help you, You need to start slow like very f ing slow, like start with 30 minutes of science, or maths. I mean thats how i did it and i genuinely worked out.
Nah don't quit sugar. You need ABT 30g a day. Your brain uses glucose to stay alive, of course you get some from regular food, but I would say have a tea in the morning with 2-3 teaspoons. (12-18g)

i’m not new at all to self improvement but this video is so valuable even as a guy who’s been doing this for a year, jeffrey has no answer to this video. Great work hamza!
Hamza im grateful for you to start making these style of video beacause a long time ago they change my life and it's a good way for me to keep thinking about making my life better
Hamza, i have recently been going back to the gym, and eating better, your videos have been helping me, I am 15 years old, and my friend has been encouraging me to stop being a Jeffrey and I cant thant you enough for helping me along
The last two days I worked night shifts. Today I wasn't feeling doing a lot. Still I did a bit, but again relapsed and played some video games and watched a lot of UA-cam. I said 2 days ago that I will go to the gym, but I wasn't really feeling it. I will watch this video and still go to the gym. Thank you Hamza for motivating me.
As for the gym, the moment you feel like not going, go. Those will be the moments you build dicipline in your workout routines. It can be hard to at first, eventually you'll find the gym exciting as it becomes a way to release stress (at least for me) plus you build more gains 💪

I remember being belittle by my own 'people' at some stage in my life and every girl I'd get with would either leave or get someone else and eventually leave. It was when I took a step back and looked at how much I've progressed with myself from being fat to skinny fat to actually lean and my skin got clear, jawline popped out and all those superficial stuff but also more importantly how much closer I am now with God that I started to see my worth everyday. If you want more quality people in your life and people who actually show interest in being in your life, literally just know your worth and know that you are actively taking it to new heights every day and the way you do that is self-improvement. I've watch so many videos on "how to get girls" and all that but the best advice I've gotten and the only one I apply in my life was from here and it was simply "just be more masculine." Thats the solution to everything fellas, hope you stay blessed
Bro if you’re reading this and you’re worried about cutting off the friends that play video games and other people/ activities that aren’t productive. You aren’t missing out that much. Ever since I quit video games and limited my social media use ive felt much happier and mentally clearer. So it may seem really hard right now but it is definitely worth it.
The thing that was a game changer for me when I was trying to quit video games was selling / giving away all my accounts. After that whenever I had an urge to play, I knew that I would have to start everything from begining, what ultimetly discouraged me from playing those games ever again.
For my brothers who are continuously contemplating their decision to leave their group of classmates or colleagues you mistook as your friends, I need all of you my brothers to know that you would be better off alone in solitude than having to go through all the emotional drainage that you experience whilst you're with them. You do not deserve the circle of bucket crabs around you brother. I am certain when you'll leave the bad influence of those people, one of us, your true brotherhood will find you and we'll grow all together. Love you.
He is so right on this one. I used to be a gamer when i was youngee which was just an escape from my normal life. I was a drinker when i got older, trying to fit in and to get girls while partying (whilst poisoning myself multiple times a week). None of that fulfilled me. It was only once i left the education system and got to live my own life when i found meaning in building up my career, working on myself, finding healthy friends and a good wife plus raising my children when life really startes and felt right. Remember that school is just a small part of your entire life, prepare for your future. Those who dont will often be f*cked later on while you thrive
How did you quit video games? Im playing a few hours a week but i still am. My conclusion is to slowly redice it until Its mot a problem. Im still in school

I'm still on self improvement but I need your help in this one thing 🟥 suppose this red square is the starting line of self improvement and this 🟩 green square is the state when you have almost completely improved yourself what I need your help with is what about the guys between this red and green squares??(I'm one of them) most of your videos are about either jeffery🟥 or adonis🟩 but I need you to give some tips for the guys who are between these 2 squares I really need your help with this bro and thanks for making me more human. love you bro❤. please help me to reach this message to hamza guys.
@@shubhamhere88Ey man, let me give you my opinion, I think it might help you. You never improve yourself fully. Not even Adonis has completely improved himself, he improves everyday. Jeffery and Adonis are both roles and states of mind. You have to change your mindset from Jeffery to Adonis, as Hamza taught in this video. You were a Jeffery, now, you are Adonis, you do the good habits, you are a good person, and you improve everyday. Put this mindset in your brain, make it your personality, who you are. You might fail, and relapse, and even in this case, you are Adonis. Adonis fails, and learns from his mistakes. I recommend watching Hamza's videos and starting to create your personality from them. Watch a lot of them, it is better than doing the bad habits. Watch them, learn from them, and become the one who does them. And also, understand that you must accelerate slowly. You can't go from 0 to 100. Go slowly, and then keep increasing the % of Adonis you are. Otherwise, you'll fail. Hope this helped! If you have any doubts, feel free to ask!
For people who had bad friends because they were so toxic or for other reasons : i'm with y'all. I'm making everything to be better and i'm going to stop my relation with one my friend. You're all the best and you will be better in the future, if God will. Don't worry, we are all a movement where we are brothers and you all are the best. I love y'all, brothers.
BROO cut off video games man! I used to play vdo games hour and hour back in 2 years agoo! But i cut it permanently and my life's goes up and up! Do the hard work even if you don't feel like it!!!!
I can relate to the crabs thing. I have some guys in my life who are jeffries playing copius amount of video games a day and saying that they are enjoying life and sayinf that I who have left alll that, have a boring life. I am already past that stage of dealing with those kinds of people. The best way to deal with those kind of people is to just tell them upfront on their face that you dont and you will never do such bad habits like them all the time and you still enjoy your life more than they do and you always will.
Was in the exact video game cut off situation. Cutted it off 3 Days later the jeffrieys didn't even cared about it anyymore. Know my life has improved and im 10x as happy than back then playing with my low "quality "friends".
Hamza, I've been on the Self Improvement grind for a long time, and I'm finally starting to improve thanks to you.

Hamza, your self-improvement videos have helped me out so much in the past few months and ive been making so much progress in my overall mental health. Thank you for showing me the way to a better life i truly appreciate it.
This guy is so inspiring that I just closed my video game that I was playing while listening to him. Great!
Hi Hamza, Ayush here from India want to thank you for changing my life for real
today I talked about the same first point which you said that bad habits are symptoms real problem is mental health
I just want to say thank you.
You inspired me to open a self-improvement channel in Hindi lately my exams have been going on so I haven't posted any videos except shorts. I am working so hard on myself
but thank you for everything you have been like a mentor and a big brother to me
Thank you for all you've done to help our generation of young men trying to improve. You've given me the courage to commit fully to my UA-cam channel, and though I know it'll be hard, I won't quit.
21:20 advice for half geoffreys:
2 years ago (yes have been watching Hamza since Day 1)
- quit the discord
- quit league of legends (was playing 4 - 10 hours a day
- quit sugar bro was I addicted to chocolates at least 100g of chocolate a day
- those are only the quits, I added work and purpose to my life. Bro its insane to me how you do not take action now. If you are reading this rn, I have hope in you. Youll get there, Im watching you from over here.
Hey, I'm 14 and have quit video games. Chocolates and social media. Now I need your help to understand how to do study when it is so boring
and where am i supposed to find this brotherhood i've been hearing about for the past two years?
@@dakshdas5946 It is a thing which i can think we can relate to, we both faced the same problem in a way so I will help you, You need to start slow like very f ing slow, like start with 30 minutes of science, or maths. You might think that it is less, but if you compare it with days when you didnt even study, that my friend is progress. You can then level it up to like an hour, 45 minutes. I mean thats how i did it and i genuinely worked out.
@@sasin2715 same. All my friends are pussies. I don't have a good friend. I think I need to venture life alone in the pursuit of success.
Nah don't quit sugar. You need ABT 30g a day. Your brain uses glucose to stay alive, of course you get some from regular food, but I would say have a tea in the morning with 2-3 teaspoons. (12-18g)
Thank you Hamza for everything
starting self improvement and watching you and people like you at 14 is giving me a huge headstart so thank you for turning around in the race and telling me how to run faster despite the fact that im at the back
i am a woman who loves watching ur videos but one of the main reasons i love ur attitude is bc of your love and gratitude towards your parents and family. no resentment at all, which i see coming from a lot of immigrant children. growing up my dad always said, u cant change the world u can only change urself. i love that all of ur advice is based on taking action and it is so visible how much u love ur parents and appreciate the sacrifices they made in their lives.
the amount of times hamza helps me when i feel down and lost is unbelievable. i really appreciate the work man
In less than 90 days
I changed myself into a completely different man
I could say I ain't half the man that I was with absolute certainty that I've become a 1000 times better
Thanks to you hamza
And of course Aly, David goggins, and baki's manga that I used to read
Keep putting in the work with the genuine intention of improvement.
These 30mins Video's are amazing like you can get both of your audience engage the short format Jeffrey vs Adonis one , and the Long format ones . After All it's about helping young mans . This Guy is just making us strong and saying truth on our face so that we can Grow. 📈🦍💪🏻

Hamza, thanks for slowing yourself down to speed us up. I'm grateful for you man.
Awesome that you've brought the intros back. They are just so unique and funny😂
Been in a really good writing flow recently and I never even crave video games and social media anymore, I don't get bored and "have to relax" Im following my passion and that is my main source of enjoyment now
I've become 1st in my class in high school because of you and i'm now aiming to enter the best engineering school in France or even go abroad (i don't really know) and i'm also making music and exercising (started calisthenics) i'm grateful for the opportunity that you gave to me and so many other Jeffreys
Thank you for everything Hamza
“I don’t want to get there alone. I want my men to be with me” @10:18 Thank you Hamza 🔥🔥🔥
Thank You For Always Keeping us Aware, Your Videos Helped Me Man 🤝
i’m not new at all to self improvement but this video is so valuable even as a guy who’s been doing this for a year, jeffrey has no answer to this video.
Thanks hamza for you content although I love full long guides videoes more I appreciate ur work
Hamza all i have is so much gratitude for you, thanks for everything Hamza 😊
Interesting to see your points from the other side. Just hit 105kg bench as well 💪💪
Bit by bit, you are changing my life. Thank you for that.
Yoooo Hamza thank you
Honestly this regular videos give me a subtle motivation to keep moving forward
The last two days I worked night shifts. Today I wasn't feeling doing a lot. Still I did a bit, but again relapsed and played some video games and watched a lot of UA-cam. I said 2 days ago that I will go to the gym, but I wasn't really feeling it. I will watch this video and still go to the gym. Thank you Hamza for motivating me.
motivation gets you started. discpline keeps you going. Build Discpline then you will gain love for what you do. Dont mistake motion for progress.
As for the gym, the moment you feel like not going, go. Those will be the moments you build dicipline in your workout routines. It can be hard to at first, eventually you'll find the gym exciting as it becomes a way to release stress (at least for me) plus you build more gains 💪
I also started not long ago and I'm having trouble in consistency but I feel like I'm getting addicted due to the amount of joy I get from working out
Had a really shit day yesterday but I will reclaim my consistency today it ain’t about hard you get hit it’s about if you keep going right
i had 1 too last week i ate some fcking candys and just vomited everthing
keep going
This was a good one Hamza, thanks bro 🔥
Thank you so much for the advice bro you’re really helping me to change myself in a better way and helping me improve my life, skills and qualities. Just to let you know brother you’re changing lifes. May Allah bless you❤
R/antiwork isn't about "not working" it's about kind of rebeling against toxic workplaces and bosses and corporations that pay minimum wage that people can't afford to live off of
thanks for the work you do bro
Been on this journey for 1 year now and this information is so good
1. Poor mental health (1:14)
2. Body aesthetics are shallow (3:43)
3. Self improvement is ruining your life (5:58)
4. Working is bad (12:57)
5. 1 hour of Video games is ok (17:36)
6. You are who you are (21:49)
Assalamalikum Bro, i watched this and took notes when you first released this vid and i gotta concur that everything you said held true.
Much love for the straight truth no bs.
thank you hamza bro
Hamza, thank you for showing us the path, and for guiding us.
Bros during your self improvement dont forget to give the respect and love that your parents deserve
Grateful for this video thank you as always
Hamza you are the big brother or even the father for our generation, thank you so much for your work, i totally believe that you saved 1000 of people from suicide including my self❤
Thank you Hamza for this video. I'm a 14 year old struggeling with my mental health and doing the bad habits, but I'm trying to improve my mental health and quitting the bad habits. God bless you
Good luck bro
@@Ac4ee Thank you bro, we're going to make it.
I think it's not about quitting your bad habits it's about replacing them
@@andrerafael4346 Thank you, that's true
Iam grateful for your help.Thank you❤
YOOO LETS GET IT BRO
You have changed my life brother, I will forever be grateful towards your work.
Best video hands down bro
thank you😊✌🏾
The thing that was a game changer for me when I was trying to quit video games was selling / giving away all my accounts. After that whenever I had an urge to play, I knew that I would have to start everything from begining, what ultimetly discouraged me from playing those games ever again.
Thanks!!!!!!!
Damn that first take is probably the best lesson I've ever heard
Video games is not resting your brain, thanks for pointing that out
depends on what game youre playing
I mean ye, if u play games like league of legends it will have oposite effect XD@@Motivious
@@GrandChallenger-bd8yf yea thats what I think Hamza means when he says 'video games'
I mean I can atest to that cuz league of legends cost me 2 screens. I raged af when I tryharded this game.@@Motivious

Man I fucking love you
thank you hamza 🙏
For my brothers who are continuously contemplating their decision to leave their group of classmates or colleagues you mistook as your friends, I need all of you my brothers to know that you would be better off alone in solitude than having to go through all the emotional drainage that you experience whilst you're with them. You do not deserve the circle of bucket crabs around you brother. I am certain when you'll leave the bad influence of those people, one of us, your true brotherhood will find you and we'll grow all together. Love you.
Yeah, throughout this whole year, I didn't have any friends in my class. It actually was an amazing decision. It does get lonely sometimes
Thank you for your work
Great vid
Brothers we can conquer everything in this world if we think
So let's keep going 💪
Im still in school
hamza much love brother 🙏🏻
thank you hamza ❤
What you said about working gives us energy and we enjoy is very Real 🙂 I'm an Animator UA-camr and I'm literally addicted to constantly working on my animations 💯 Thanks alot Hamza you changed my Life I'm grateful for that ❤
Love it
Hamza's advice about porn addiction, video game addiction, content consumption etc. being symptoms I one of the best things I've heard on this channel,
I was struggling with porn and nofap till I saw the full mental health guide hamza posted and I can say I'm the happiest I've ever been mentally in my life! It's been close to a month since I really got disciplined from watching the guild and I know I'm gon crush all my addictions and find my purpose soon
I've been on bodyweight excersice, sleeping well and really improving my graphic design skills, I feel amazing
I really recommend watching the guide, it's only 2 hours:)... Good luck!
Keep in mind that when you start self improvement, you have nothing to loose, only GAINS to be made ❤
Nice comment
bro I've really learnt and implemented things from your videos(helped me fix my life a lot).
If you have any doubts, feel free to ask!
more people need to see this
For people who had bad friends because they were so toxic or for other reasons : i'm with y'all. I'm making everything to be better and i'm going to stop my relation with one my friend. You're all the best and you will be better in the future, if God will. Don't worry, we are all a movement where we are brothers and you all are the best. I love y'all, brothers.
btw hamza said anime is for degenerates and you have a anime pfp. You should change that.
We need the crab in the next mini animation
He finally changed his name back!!
🙌🏼 I commend this step.
this video helps a lot, I will say though 1% everyday is better than just staying at a standstill.
Hey hamza bro i have been watching you since 1 year and i learn a lot from you thanks homie❤️
This video was a fucking banger
This is one of the best Hamza videos of all time
good job.
Just had to subscribe, loved the vid
Love you bro mwah
Was in the exact video game cut off situation. Cutted it off 3 Days later the jeffrieys didn't even cared about it anyymore. Know my life has improved and im 10x as happy than back then playing with my low "quality "friends".
