I am a woman, so I hope this is ok. I love your channel because you speak truth, and not fluff.
When I was younger I use to run everyday. I loved how it made me feel. So full of energy and enthusiasm! Some of my coworkers would call me an exercise addict, like it was bad. They would say they didn’t understand why I would run when I was already skinny. (Think about that) They would blast me for eating “rabbit food” instead of enjoying more sugary or fatting food ,like I was not enjoying life. I knew better, but it was also hurtful. I wish I would have run into you back then, because I would know that these people are CRABS.

For people in a situation where they have Jeffery friends - listen up:
I was in the exact same position as you.
I was friends with Jefferys while I was on self-improvement.
Now, as I progressed further and further in my journey I started having thought/voices in my hands that questioned why I'm friends with them, but I firstly just shut the up.
about 10 months later and I am safe to say that I cut basically all of my Jefferys friends, and I will now tell you a couple of things:
    1. What are the benefits and why I did it
    2. How to do it
    3. Should you do it
    4. When should you do it
The benefits: I can actually be myself and stay true to myself and the person I truly am. You see, when your around people that aren't relatable to you, and I don't mean just Jefferys but especially them, you aren't actually yourself, you're just playing a character which ain't yourself. This isn't the life you should aspire to, I want you to aspire to to higher things.
Why I did it? As I said, I wasn't actually myself when I was around them and I wasn't even respecting them, so why be with them when they do not add to your life?
    How to do it:
I have done a couple steps which I will walk you through:
    1. Be a great friend with yourself - Enjoy working out alone, and being alone in general. It may be a little weird but actually have conversations in your head with yourself. This will realy make sure you are not needy for other people and can be alone when you want.
    2. A very simple one: Just talk to them less, be with them less. If you want and have the balls to do it, you can even just say to them that you are willing to go through a new phase in your life.
    3. I highly encourage you to join Adonis Gang. Hamza has made an online community for people exactly like you and me who does not quite fit with 99% of people and can contact people from the community instead.
I joined recently and I can say that I feel much less alone and actually feel that there are people who I can understand and can understand me.
It does not end with merely an online community, the beautiful part about it is that you can find people from there who live next to you, or from your country, and can just meet them in real life.
    Should you do it:
The question is this, are you willing to abondon your friends, which will be quite painful, and discomfortable, but at the end find the people who are exactly like you and your tribe, or are you willing to abondon yourself? are you willing to play a character exactly as I did next to people you don't really like? Is this the way you wanna live? I would go with the first option, but the choise is yours.
Now, If one or a couple of those Jefferys are actually nice and great people, stay in contact with them.
    When should you do it:
If you are 100% or at least 70% authentic when you are with those friends, and you actually respect them and relate to them, don't do it. If you feel like they don't even know you or your current self, if you are not authentic with them, if you do not respect them or like them, the time is now, don't delay it.
Good luck my brother and I hope that it helps you.
Just now that it may be dark right now but the light at the end of the tunnel is very bright.
    Have a good day.

This is how I fully stopped playing videogames:
Most guys that play games have these things that I'll call phases, so basically they play mainly 1 game for a period of time and when it gets boring they focus on a different game.
So what I did is that during that period of time when I was focused on 1 game, I only played that game. Nothing else. Its not that hard because that's the best game at that moment, and since you're only playing that 1 game, it will get boring faster.
After the game gets boring (this is the most important part), you want to not start playing a different game. Just think, "Why am I trying this game, what is the best outcome?", the truth is that if you try it to "see if its good", then the "best" outcome is an insanely addictive game that will basically enslave you because of how "good" it is. Is that what you really want? You have to see it this way because that's the reality.
Good luck bro, hope I helped.

As a person who is still in school. When I started self improvement I completely cut off video games. As a tip for the friends, I just want to say that if those friends are only with you or you are only with them for gaming just cut them off by telling them you don’t play anymore etc. As for those friends who are actually helpful but still sometimes want to play video games just tell them that you won’t be joining. optimally find someone who is on self improvement with you so you can share each others progress. Hope this helped.

I’m 22 now, I remember I cut off all the people I used hang out with daily about a little over a year ago. It wasn’t actually a difficult decision to make, however, applying it into my life was the hard part. I mean I hung out with these people every single day, multiple times a day. What really triggered me and activated the action threshold for me to cut them off, is once I started talking to them about self improvement and creating a better life for ourselves, they agreed, but they always had an excuse, for months, whenever it came to taking any action to begin the self improvement journey together. Once you realize they always have an excuse for when you want to hit a workout together or do something productive, it’s not very difficult to stop hanging with them at that point. The piece of advice I could give for anyone struggling with this currently, is to initiate that conversation of trying to get them on self improvement along with you. Who knows, maybe they will take action, but if not, it makes it easier to move on from them. It makes it very clear how much they hold you back.

I remember being belittle by my own 'people' at some stage in my life and every girl I'd get with would either leave or get someone else and eventually leave. It was when I took a step back and looked at how much I've progressed with myself from being fat to skinny fat to actually lean and my skin got clear, jawline popped out and all those superficial stuff but also more importantly how much closer I am now with God that I started to see my worth everyday.
If you want more quality people in your life and people who actually show interest in being in your life, literally just know your worth and know that you are actively taking it to new heights every day and the way you do that is self-improvement. I've watch so many videos on "how to get girls" and all that but the best advice I've gotten and the only one I apply in my life was from here and it was simply "just be more masculine." Thats the solution to everything fellas, hope you stay blessed

He is so right on this one. I used to be a gamer when i was youngee which was just an escape from my normal life. I was a drinker when i got older, trying to fit in and to get girls while partying (whilst poisoning myself multiple times a week). None of that fulfilled me.
It was only once i left the education system and got to live my own life when i found meaning in building up my career, working on myself, finding healthy friends and a good wife plus raising my children when life really startes and felt right.
Remember that school is just a small part of your entire life, prepare for your future. Those who dont will often be f*cked later on while you thrive

@@shubhamhere88Ey man, let me give you my opinion, I think it might help you. You never improve yourself fully. Not even Adonis has completely improved himself, he improves everyday. Jeffery and Adonis are both roles and states of mind. You have to change your mindset from Jeffery to Adonis, as Hamza taught in this video. You were a Jeffery, now, you are Adonis, you do the good habits, you are a good person, and you improve everyday. Put this mindset in your brain, make it your personality, who you are. You might fail, and relapse, and even in this case, you are Adonis. Adonis fails, and learns from his mistakes.
I recommend watching Hamza's videos and starting to create your personality from them. Watch a lot of them, it is better than doing the bad habits. Watch them, learn from them, and become the one who does them. And also, understand that you must accelerate slowly. You can't go from 0 to 100. Go slowly, and then keep increasing the % of Adonis you are. Otherwise, you'll fail. Hope this helped! If you have any doubts, feel free to ask!

I can relate to the crabs thing. I have some guys in my life who are jeffries playing copius amount of video games a day and saying that they are enjoying life and sayinf that I who have left alll that, have a boring life.
I am already past that stage of dealing with those kinds of people.
The best way to deal with those kind of people is to just tell them upfront on their face that you dont and you will never do such bad habits like them all the time and you still enjoy your life more than they do and you always will.
