Hamza, I can't thank you enough for the incredible positive impact you've had on my life. At just 17 years old and living in France, I found your UA-cam channel, and it's been a game-changer for me in so many ways. Your content has been instrumental in helping me transform myself, both physically and mentally.
Your advice on increasing male energy, body transformation, and the importance of going to the gym has motivated me to take my health and fitness seriously. Your guidance on better nutrition has not only helped me look and feel better but has also improved my overall well-being.
One of the most significant changes I made, thanks to your inspiration, was giving up gaming. This decision has allowed me to invest my time in more productive and fulfilling activities. Learning how to talk to girls and valuing my parents more are skills that will undoubtedly benefit me throughout my life. Your content has truly helped me become a better person in general.
Your dedication to creating valuable content and helping young individuals like me is admirable. I'm incredibly grateful for the positive changes your videos have brought to my life. Thank you, Hamza, for being an inspiration and a guiding light on my journey of self-improvement and personal growth. You've made a significant difference in my life, and I can't thank you enough.

Liking the return to the old style of videos. I'm glad you listen to your community. I remember the days when you would talk badly about videos with all-lowercase titles trying to appeal to teenagers lol. These titles and thumbnails are a great idea for appealing to a greater audience and getting them on self-improvement without feeling intimidated or out-of-place. Great work recently.

After listening to your story Hamza, i realize that my story is 10x worse because i have loving and supportive parents at home and the perfect enviroment to study but AGAIN i procrastinate to the last moment even though i know that this semestar is my last chance at college. When i hear stories like yours, where the family situation at home isnt perfect and then you have to study ON TOP of that, i honestly feel ashamed of my situation and my laziness. Every single day i tell myself "tommorrow will be different i WILL wake up and do the work" and every single day i fail. My exams are in 2 weeks and i havent even started yet and i know for a fact that it takes ATLEAST a month to study for them and that the next round in January will be more difficult so if i fuck this up there is no coming back. And yet day after day i think of excuses and distractions and delusions and reasons why i wont start today and i will start tommorrow its honestly sickening. I dont usually leave comments on videos like this, and i dont care if anyone reads what i had to say,but after writing this i feel kind of liberated, like putting these thoughts into text has made them more powerful and alarming. I hope someday we will all break the cycle🤞

brother, you must apply delayed gratification and the will power to make it function. Yes, studying is hard, boring, and tedious, and it would just be so easy to procrastinate and do something comfortable and fun. However, the difference between these two actions is that procrastinating will make you avoid the hard experiences and will give you a fun experience temporarily, but afterwards, you will have accomplished nothing that fulfills your purpose, it was fruitless, you still have the same problems as you have before, maybe even worse ones, depending on what you did to procrastinate. With studying, you gain knowledge for the test, and you get good grades. Good grades will make you pass. You went through a boring, tedious task temporarily, but gained long-term benefits for it. Hamza also already made a video explaining this better than i did. I hope this helps brother.

Hamza. Just want to thank you for your work. I’m a 31 year old guy, married, been with my girl for six years. Have a kid, he’s almost two. I’ve been in middle management, been the kind of guy who just goes with the flow of things around him.
I found that that doesn’t work, and that it’s related to mental health.
In the last three months I’ve implemented what is more or less Huberman’s protocol. I’m down 20 pounds and gaining muscle.
I quit my management job and opened my own business.
It’s scared my wife but I’m taking the lead, and it’s improved our marriage ten fold.
I’m constantly battling a potential plateau, and your videos are the motivation I need to move on to that next level. So thank you for what you are doing.
Just imagine if I had gotten this at 20.
    Much love brother.
    Peace.

Hamza’s story is very interesting to me. I feel the same way about studying at home. Not because its not a quiet environment - I am privileged to live in a peaceful area with a nice room and desk, but I feel too comfortable at home and that comfort makes me procrastinate.
The Library across the road from my house has just reopened after refurbishment and I’ve been thinking of going there straight after school to get work done, rather than going home. This would allow me to avoid the comfort of my home and room, and actually study without procrastinating.
Seeing this video really solidified my plan to start going to the Library so I can study for my upcoming ALevels.
If any of you are in the same position as me, or have similar feelings, I would also recommend that you start using a Library. This allows you to create a separate environment to your home life where you can actually get work done.
    Thank you Hamza✌️

The reason why anyone procrastinates is because the work doesn't truly matter to them. Trust me, if you really want to get something done, you will without hesitation. You don't need to be "motivated". The goal alone is enough to get you going. We just live in a world where society puts pressure on people to do certain things. We need to leave people alone to do exactly what they want.

    • @realheckertrustmebro
      @realheckertrustmebro 8 місяців тому

      matter is motivation,
If you feel the urge to jack off while working, your goals matter but somethings your brain will say that jacking off matters more for this time,
that's when discipline comes into play. My goals matter life and death for me, and I still was distracted and procrastinated without the Discipline guide

    • @landonikes3683
      @landonikes3683 8 місяців тому +15

Just because someone doesn't care about their work, doesn't mean it's not important to do. If we left everyone to do what they actually wanted to do, our society would collapse. No one would work on the fields producing crops, no one would be in the factories manufacturing cars. Bridges wouldn't be built, hospitals would have no doctors in them. The point is that life is full of tasks and work that people don't really want to do, but which are within everyone's interests to get done. Therefore it's better to be pragmatic and work out ways we can stop procrastinating, get the tasks that need doing done, and then relax afterwards.

I remember when Hamza said that he wants to be religious and read all the stuff and he even made a video about the Bible and Quran quite a long time ago
it's amazing to see him reading Bible quotes on camera

I used to really love self improvement because my life was shit, but slowly my life was getting better and right know I don't go to the gym more then 2 days a week because my lazy ass brain tells me you don't need it you are already happy, you life is fixed and all that, so basically I got into self improvement because of having a terrible life and now that thats fixed I need another reason to keep going

I had a massive maths test and i procrastinated for 3 weeks.
I woke up on the 3rd week and felt quite awake for once.My biggest excuse is always i am too tired.
I woke up felt well rested and immediately thought of the mass of studies waiting Maths and Physics.
I started procrastinating and watching hamzas videos after a 20 minute video i felt full filled. Unlike the way i do when i watch youtube(bullshit entertainment videos) and instagram reels. Even though i procratinated with Hamza videos my energy was reserved i realised then and there-the answer to my failures is delayed gratification.
I am yet to fail in the month of November not just with NNN but with doing the work. And i just watched the previous video and learned when you try to work on a full stomach most of your energy gets used on digesting the food i will only eat after ive done the work.I can still be better but whenever ive tried to turn my life around too quick i fail and start lower than i was.

ive been lost for about a year, returning to my old habits and forgetting the advice i heard from hamza and the like. I was only giving about 10% of my self to self-improvement and it felt horrible. Day by day, my dopamine receptors were getting fried from all the constant stimulation and all it felt like everyday was a blur, a lack of focus as i just mindlessly gravitate towards all the hyper-stimulating shit like games and porn. I pretty much went back to my jeffrey lifestyle, but college gave me 1 week free, and that's all it took. I am back now brothers. I had the 'how purpose works' downloaded in my youtube and i rewatched that before the break, yet ofcourse i still did my jeffrey things, until i hit a breaking point where it just felt irritating to keep this hyper-stimulation going on, it felt so tiring, yet it was the only thing that filled me up. Except it wasnt. After heavy-binging on games and porn all day the in my first day of the break, i broke down. I remembered what hamza said. Delayed gratification, coupled with my realization that the cause of my lack of passion for the things i used to love (art, music, writing) was because i kept feeding myself copious amounts of dopamine. So I went on a dopamine detox the same day. With that combo, together with my already existing knowledge of good habits to do everyday, I essentially went on monk mode. Set up this daily routine where the first thing in the morning, I stretch, meditate, gym, shower, and finally, do productive work as the last thing to do, which also happens to be the longest one, basically encapsulating most of the day. I'm surprised that I have been pretty consistent with it. Im on my fifth day following this routine and I have not missed a single day. Though, i have relapsed on several occasions when it came to hyper-stimulation, I was still able to keep a lid on it. I noticed that meditation really fucking helped a lot. My mind feels so much clearer. It's like i can finally form coherent thoughts EASILY again. (it was hard before) Hopefully I keep this train going and don't crash and burn with my previous attempts, however if i do, I will have learned something, and perhaps next time I will be better equipped.

In my very humble opinion , you shouldn’t make these kinds of videos hamza
I get it , the newer subs will like these videos more and it will help them more but
There already are older videos for that
And for the point u made in another video - that this channel is for the younger ones , I don’t think so
We don’t have low attention spans (most)
And would love mature content like the unfiltered channel
    It’s your choice :D
    Love you so much always❤❤

I actually find myself more happier when I complete work and when I work hard that it always lead to regret of 'why didn't I do this a few days ago?' It's repetitively dull.
