Bruh I’m 21 soon this shit didn’t exist in this form until I was like 17/18 at the earliest
When I was in highschool any and all improvement videos were soy ridden 2016-18 bullshit by some skinny metrosexual male
Being an early adopter is the best thing you can do but make sure you and your cohort of births (Late 2000’s births) don’t completely miss out on being a teenager either, especially since the pandemic bogged down so much for your childhoods already.
Balance is necessary for absolutely anything.
Hamza’s advice is amazing but know what to apply when and where to use it effectively.
Hamza has to generalize to all 15ish - 24yr old males but if he were to make a video specifically to 13/14 year olds I’d assume he’d treat it slightly different than talking to someone my age 20/21.
At 13/14/15 you still are regardless of what u think a growing child whose becoming an adolescent. Don’t forget to also have fun
You want a legit answer I’d say around age 16-17 you should cut most all the bullshit out but 14 man if u wanna play a video game here and there or fuck around w ur friends fam
I think it’s selfish as fuck to not let y’all experience ANY of it for the sake of self improvement
Learn from us elders who did too much for too long and are paying the price now a little too long after we wanted to.
      Learn that balance is key
It is always and infinitely better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.
If you go straight into 10000% self improvement at 14 you might just miss the reasons you even smile at 14 you know
Balance young one. You’ll accomplish great things. Keep up the good work you’re miles ahead but we wouldn’t expect any less from someone as capable as you.
Just enjoy your last couple years of genuine childhood cuz that shit’s gone at like 16 man and then it’s really gone at like 19/20.
Enjoy 14 have a soda once in a while if the occasion calls for it and your with the boys or something
Same thing applies to adults if it’s time for a cold one with the boys it’s time for a pint innit. Balance and mental discipline is the absolute key to a G mindset.

don't go too hard on yourself thinking the more you do, the harder i go, the happier i'm gonna be at the end. there will be (probably already happened if you're in your 7th month of gym) times when you just don't feel it and its okay to just lay down sometimes and allow yourself a treat 😊

I live in Sweden and have dragged myself to an outdoor gym before school in snowstorms and cold for a few months. I have become more relaxed, more structured and less impulsive.

I am 14 years old. I’ve been in a super bad state of mind and ever since I started watching your videos and taking your advice, things in my life have gotten alot better. I’m starting to find who my real and fake friends are. And I’ve been able to cut all of the toxic people out of my life. During my depressive times I really found out who cared for me and who didn’t. Watching people like you and Andrew tate have really helped me get my mind on track. Because I’m a girl, people automatically tell me I should hate People like you guys because I’m a girl. But the loud minority doesn’t realize what your doing for the young generation of men and even girls like myself. So thank you, and keep doing what your doing! ❤️

I‘ve listened to this video while hiking up a mountain, enjoying nature and the new summer climate. It‘s the first hot day of the year in southern Austria and yet I see nobody my age outside. Instead I get notifications on my phone, asking me to play video games. They know damn well I have deleted all of my video games a long time ago. Therefore I declined every single request and was called a „loser“ by all these „friends“ out of jealousy. That‘s how I know, self improvement has dug me out of the hole that the average modern man is in. I may be on sea level now, but there are still mountains towering above me in this vast world. I wish you the best of success, my brothers. 💪

I did the 6 hour challenge, completed it.
    Heres my experience:
I wanted it to be as close as a jail experience as possible, so I limited myself to a 4:12 feet space in my bedroom, everytime I crossed it I had to do pushups
Limited myself to a single meal, 1 meat and a fruit.
32 ounces of water, could only drink half of these 32 ounces per half (16 in 3 hours)
4 ounces of coffee for the whole experience, O had to take small sips to keep myself awake at moments, I was very tired all the time so coffee was a game changer.
Anyways, the first 4 hours were fun, I was doing pushups, squats, crunches, curls with a backpack and jumping an invisible rope, most of the time I was just sitting down staring at the wall (im sick of it no joke)
Only times I left was when I had to go to the bathroom (3 times)
After I did these exercises (100 pushups, crunches & squats, 50 curls each hand with 20% my bodyweight and 50 pull ups in the upper closet where we store the clothes) I had nothing else to do.
    Thats when it gets interesting
It became not boring but painful, I was tired if staring at the same things without trying to think, I lost perception of time and started to feel anger, so I did shadow boxing and started hitting the wall.
I started talking to myself about random stuff and inflating my ego
But overall my mind was clear.
The good part about this was the experience
About 1 hour into the challenge I started hearing noises ive never heard before, I realize how our brains blind us to some stuff and we never realize about them
3 hours in the challenge I started hearing like my own brainwaves, I dont know how to explain this feeling but it felt like a lot of electricity and beeps on the back of my head.
I will never feel something like what I felt at the moment
Since my food was very limited I split it into half, I ate 1 half of the meat at around 2h into the challenge and ate the other one 4h into the challenge
The other half of the meat was like nothing ive ever ate, even tho it was hard and cold, it was the best meat I ate ever, got goosebumps while I was eating it and I was very grateful for it
4 hours in, after eating the other part of the meat and having a dopamine spike, I started to feel bad and wanted to quit, 5 minutes after I was fine but still wanted to quit
5 hours in I didnt even knew what time it was and I was just laying in the floor laughing and crying for how amazing the journey was to that point
The last 40 minutes were ABSOLUTE PAIN, I didnt knew how long was left, I was hungry, very tired and desperate to see new things that wasnt the same room
I thought I had gone crazy because I was seeing stuff and hallucinations, just stuff moving while I was talking to myself
After I heard the alarm ring on the other room, my heart started beating, I got out of the room and I was blinded by like stars in my eyes.
The first thing I did was go outside.
Even tho nothing changed it really felt different, this changed my whole mindset, I was looking around being so grateful for everything and happy that I was out

Started my journey a year ago, after watching your videos. I’ve improved a few percent, but that few percent is a lot in my world. Still a long way to go, but starting was the best decision.
Mission wise, I found ecom… and I’m committed. My whys are my parents & doing it for myself, and I remind myself often the importance of them, and why I need to keep going in hard times. Hard road, but that’s good. The reward at (whatever that is for you) will be greater, oppose to getting it instantly without graft. That’s what I tell myself anyway.

Hamza, honestly, I don't know how you manage to do this. Psychology and the human's brain in general is such an unexplored territory. I've been talking prescriptions lately because I was having some sort of seizures or panic attacks happen to me. I didn't take my meds this morning and I started having a mental breakdown. But for someone reason just listening to the video in the background made me feel so much better and made me think about my life. It's ridiculous how some mental problems can be fixed just by listening to someone. I grately thank you for returning my faith in the world 🙏

I don't know you will read my comment or not, but one thing I learnt from Cal Newport (an author) -
Work accomplished = Time Spent × Intensity of focus.
There are been many pseudo workers who just take credit by saying we worked 10 hrs, 13 hrs blah blah blah. Instead try to increase the intensity of focus, you could able to finish the same task in 3 or 4 hours. Brain Tracy (the author of Eat that frog) also told the same thing in their own language as “Take One oil barrel at a time”.

Hi Hamza, I wanted to share some information about what you can try to improve your testosterone as you mentioned in about 45:00
you might already know this but ill give it a shot anyway (I haven't watched your testosterone improvement guide yet since its a topic I fairly invest myself into)
    - firstly testosterone is produced from cholesterol and saturated fats so you can try to up it from eggs/healthy foods (upping dietary cholesterol doesn't effect blood cholesterol)
    - deficiencies in zinc and magnesium have a great effect on testosterone (also vit D but I guess you don't need)
    - all "testosterone boosting supplements" are a waste of money
    - mainly caloric surplus with a lot of healthy fats (saturated and non-saturated) is where I personally find the biggest improvement (you have to have a normal/low fat% tho).
from my anecdotal report while cutting test was 670 (I've still ate a lot of fats) and while bulking about 200 above maintenance test was 980
