If i ever got those mushrooms, i would grind them down finely in a coffee grinder and put them in a jar to use as spice.

It's mixed vegetable stock NOT mashrom stock chief.
U know the essnse ofmashrom will be lost in other ingredients

No it won’t. That’s like saying chicken stock isn’t chicken stock if you add onions/celery/carrots.
