Nice video. Surnali is traditionally served with freshly churned butter. Chutney is not the usual combo for Surnali. One can try ghee as well.
Neer dosa is usually served with dilute chutney. Some prefer it with curries. Chutney is the best side for that.
Batate ambade does not need chutney. However, coriander green chillies chutney goes well with it. I have not tasted bread pakoda so far. Looks like you guys enjoyed your visit to Vasappa hotel.
