I love mine and have owned a few over the years. Unfortunately it will not be a strong steady 25 year glow. It’s half life is 12 years and by 8 years of age it will be noticeably dimmer. At 12 years you can barely read them. Other than that it’s damn near the perfect tool watch. You can get all new tubes in a service though.

I think the perfect size would be 42 or 43mm. The hour hand could be a little shorter. Why did they have all the subsecond markers? If they had only the seconds markers it would would make this dial a lot cleaner.
