I really like this light. I wear it under the brim rather than on top. This gives it more protection in rain and allows me to see the charge indicator bars. I use it when I'm deer hunting and it fits my needs perfectly. The charge port plug doesn't stay in place well but a little electrician's tape solves that issue. I'm buying one for my grandson for Christmas. Thanks for your video!

Thanks for this video, I’ve been looking for a new cap light. I think I’ll pick one of these up. I think you can also find them at Academy. I’m a trucker, so I always find myself doing a lot of pre/post trips in the dark and I always have a cap light on handy. And walking in the dark between trucks at a truck stop is where these really shine. Thanks again.

Yeah the only issue with the wave s*** is as you're working on the f****** thing that you're working on. It goes on and off
I agree. It’s convenient for open areas but even branches can set it off or on.
interesting little light, did you try it under the cap rim?, (upside down)...that's probably how I would use it...curious at how the features work wearing it that way...
That’s how I always use mine. It’s hard to find a nice slim light so you can bend the rim how I like it.
I didn’t but I think the beam will be tilted upward.
I just bought this cap light today. How do I know when the battery is fully charged? I charged the cap light before use. 3 red led lights are fully lit and one red led still blinking. I read the manual but it doesn't say when is it fully charged.
All four lights will be solid and on when fully charged. Mine took hours to charge the first time I charged it.
How do you like the rubber plug on the usb port? Does it stay in place during use? I bought this light and the plug is very floppy, it doesn't fit in the port very well and looks like it might tear off if it even touches something, like a branch 🤷🏻♂️ I might return it to the seller but I wonder if there's any difference if they send me another one...
I use my light daily on a ball cap and yeah, the plug sucks but mine will stay in place but the light also stays flat against the clip on my ball cap. The rest of the lights design is excellent. I supposed if intrusion of the elements doesn't worry you, you could just remove the plug but for now, for me, it's staying in place. Thanks for watching!
Hi. I ordered this light and was very enthusiastic about it. To me its design was intriguing and mysterious. Like an alien gifted device on earth. And yes it's a head turner but I m disappointed by the build quality. It's flimsy squishy or floppy the way U said. That charging port lid is taking its last breaths right out of the blister pack. If they put little effort to make it sturdy it would be very practical like using aluminium alloy in place if cheap plastics. I handle with care because I know it is going to shatter into pieces the day it hit the floor.
Recvd mine today. 100 lumens is a punch but build quality is flimsy. Charging connection is at a very wrong place and rubber cover for charging port is the worst pc of shitty rubber ever. Disappointed. Money wasted. Not recommended.
Mine has yet to fail so build quality is average by mine is still in one piece

Got fully charged in 30 mins. Does this means the charging cell has gone weak? U said yours took hours first time?

Looks like a item that sounds good in theory, but may be an issue in practice (speaking specifically about the wave feature)
That part takes some getting used to for sure!
