I actually like that enamel black dial, it looks stunning! Really wish they fix the bezel in the next version though, such a huge oversight on their part.
You are the only one who chose the steel bezel and I would at least like to see it on video! Now I definitely understand that visually I like steel more than ceramic in this model, thank you!
I bought the ceramic/stainless bezel version. I've worn it every day for the past week. I love it. 1. It's a strap monster. 2. The on-the-fly clasp is a game changer - perfect for the hot climate in which I live and am constantly out of the AC and into the oven. Functionally, I have one minor complaint and that's the 24 click dive bezel. I'm not sure what happened there but SM is typically good at listening to their customers. I wouldn't doubt a future version fixes this issue. Aesthetically, I sort of wish the hour makers were larger. There is quite a bit of negative space on the dial. But that's not a deal breaker. I does closely resemble the dials on older Submariners that had smaller lume plots. And I'm fine with the enamel dial. I like the shine it produces. The case finishing is one would expect from SM - it's fantastic. I've more expensive watches with lower quality casework. And I've been timing mine this week and it's been within 2 seconds/day. Today it was +/- 0. I'd give this one a 9.25/10. I love it. Great review. Keep up the great content.
Love the look and the dual-purpose bezel. Shame they screwed up the bezel action though. Hopefully they'll change it to a uidirectional one. If so, it'll be a total winner and true GADA watch!!! Do you prefer the all stainless steel bezel or the dual color one?
@@HHWatchReviews solid choice! I was definitely leaning that way (since I love the stainless bezel look), but I may end up going with the black bezel once they fix it. It seems the black bezel has better contrast when using it as a timing bezel.

Both are great options, but you don’t see many full steel bezels out there so that’s the one I went for.
