That was either a chiefs car or federal vehicle.
Picked up two of these at auction for 300 and 350 bucks a piece, plus a 1994 caprice with lt1 for 350 bucks, all police cruisers, with interceptor options! Just gave one to my daughter for her first car two years ago with 106000 milesI had it parked for 15 years in garage. She freakin loves it...especially when someone tries to buy it every time she stops somewhere!
Great car. Even that car is great putting in a Chevy 454 cu in (7.4 L) Big Block V8 engine producing 430 horsepower. You should know is that I like 1990 Chevy Caprices with powerful Chevy big block engines producing over 400 horsepower. This is also great for Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Motorsport 7, if not later Forza Horizon and Motorsports.
Thats a 89 not a 90, the 90 is rounded, and fender wells cover rear tires, in 91 they were not covered. I've been a Texas peace officer 34 years, and still on the job.
Sorry there officer but your wrong the 1990 was the same style as the 89. Didn't switch till 1991 and then in 1993 the tail lights changed and then again in 94 and stayed the same to 96
I work with a lot of cops, the remenice about the old caprices, they really hate those SUV's and small cars. They said the crown Vic was slow, but a car you could sit in for 12-16 hours

First car I ever drove was a 89’ 9C1 & it was blue with the spot lights , I will forever love this car.

That is by far one of the cleanest Chevy Caprices I have seen in years. Loved that year.

Hello, This is a 1990 model. 87-90 have the same bodies. 90's have the seat belt on the door.
