It felt wobbly and a bit cheap while I was assembling it (which is easy and quick, by the way). However, now that I've used it a few times and am familiar with its balance/how to maneuver it, I haven't had any trouble. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. It's easy to empty, cleans up pet hair well, and it Works well on hardwood, rugs, and tile. I don't have any carpet, so I can't speak to that, but imagine it works just fine. For me nothing beats Dyson V8. It’s oh so powerful and worth every penny. It costed around Rs.32000/- but it is worth it. I had an Eureka Forbes one earlier and it was problematic. To add to it the customer sales was horrible. I literally had to give Eureka one to scrap dealer. I had rather save up and buy Dyson 😊
I used AGARO- Kent… I think Kent solve all purpose in Indian apartment home… it’s half price… & Dyson is definitely good but like foreign countries there is no upgrade policy or exchange…

That totally depends on your budget. I am happy with both. The other cordless vacuum cleaners that I tried claimed to have a good run time but after using them I realised that their run time was getting decreased. So basically, they had to be charged more frequently. This I think is a major flaw and shouldn’t happen in a promising machine.

It’s performance is great and its Noise Level is 75dB which is very normal. Dyson’s is 80dB. If you’re facing all these issues with your vacuum cleaner, then looks like there is some technical problem in your piece. Would suggest you to contact their customer care. They have an excellent support system and provide PAN India services. Their technicians will visit your place to assist you. So don’t worry at all 😊
