  • This video is a meditation to ease IBS symptoms. Relieve your IBS through regular, consistent practice of this meditation. Immerse yourself in this relaxing music.
    It is 7 minutes long and starts at 2.21 minutes if you want to skip the intro.
    Practice for 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week for 8-12 weeks and then review your symptom control.

    Last year I used this meditation, All symptoms gone in 3 months. Recently IBS returned. 2 weeks most symptoms gone.

      I've been using this sometimes a few times a day for over 4 days and I still feel no good. My anxieties /ibs don't seem to be responding. Disappointed!!

    My IBS started this year after suffering from a lot of anxiety because of the pandemic. I used to have panic attacks but now i have IBS attacks. Thank you for the meditation, it really helped .

      I have had the same.... Still working on it... Using these meditations help a lot with calming down nervous system and reducing symptoms of IBS.

    Thank you - a nice pick me up. ... I am a Senior and have had ibs-D for many years - the pain, the rushes to bathroom, the mess to clean up, the isolation.... it truly is a horrible illness. Any help is appreciated. Sadly as we get older and have other illnesses on top of ibs it can become overwhelming... so again, thanks for caring.

      I feel your pain, I am trying so sort ibs but trying to sort collestral and I am on warfarin for a vertical value replacement so diet is hard what's good for ibs is bad for collestral and vice versa so hard to get it right I can go from a normal movement to constipation to loose in one day and the constant looking for a bathroom if I'm shopping is a nightmare, it takes over your life you can't go on days out without checking whether there's bathrooms and other than all that I'm a dancer and I exercise daily I try to get a walk each day in between it all I'm glad I'm not alone, I'm going on 62 so I hope I have a lot more living to do

      I have been suffering from ibs since my age 33
      Since 2 years my anxiety has increased I m better with yoga m dance but it goes on m off and it is very depressing when u hAve 10 days consecutive diarohea make u feel so weak
      I am sure your white beam light will do miracles for me

    I've been meditating for YEARS and I came across this as my IBS has been triggered by recent events. This meditation was absolutely amazing! Easily in my top 10. Her voice is calm and soothing, her visualizations are clear and easy to follow. I had no trouble whatsoever hearing her voice over the background music. I am doing this meditation 2x per day.     I've been doing this meditation for a little over 2 weeks and I have been meaning to write a note. I started feeling better after just a few days! I'm so appreciative of your guidance. Hearing you say, "your body can heal, your body can settle down..." just rang so true and having it repeated to me, while breathing deeply and sitting still, every morning, has been like mana from heaven.     I have had bouts on and off over the decades. Worst ever hit 10 days ago. Found this on the 2nd day and started listening multiple times daily (along with a couple of longer meditations on other channels) On 4th day was SIGNiFiCANTLY IMPROVED! Today I feel almost 100% normal. I WILL use this at least once daily from now on.❤

    I found out this meditation at a time that I an so needy for this with my IBS, I started to do it everyday. I feel more calm so far and hope to be healed very soon💜 thank you for this meditation

    The volume of the music is higher than your voice shortly after you start. Hard to hear all the words. Wish the meditation were longer than 7 minutes, too! Thanks for considering.

      I have had it the other way around and sometimes the sounds are to loud to focus on my body. I personally like the level of volume for her voice in these :)

    Love this meditation, has been so helpful the last few months. I would love if you could remove the ad at the end or add like a minute or two of silence there. It always snaps me out of my calm if I’m not quick enough on the pause button

    Thank you 🙏🏼 I’m a Reiki Master and when you were talking about the white light, I felt cold, as opposed to heat and I know that if you do Reiki and you feel cold, it’s because it’s supposed to cool the area, so I’m sure that’s what it was doing today, with my stomach. I had a lot of inflammation from food poisoning last month and still trying to get some relief. Starting pelvic floor pt in 2 weeks, but this is helping me relax. Very nice meditation.

    I have considered meditation, but only started to do it when I came across your videos. I have found them so helpful, including the one to lower blood pressure. This one for IBS helped so much. I was in a great deal of discomfort and after listening to this meditation I felt so much better. I will continue to do it.

    Yes, the volume of the music is louder so it is little hard to hear you and your sweet voice but the fourth coming is also good so all over thank you

    Been doing this a few months and I rarely have the horrific cramping anymore, bloating is minimized and have been able cut my IBS med down to one time daily. The first video I tried and works extremely well, was recommended to try by the nutritionist I was working with for symptom management.

    I hope you see this. I’ve commented before. But I listen to this video everytime I have ibs flare but I just wish it was longer. And the reason I say that is because I could be on the toilet and finally settled and it turns off too soon. So I play it over and over. I enjoy your videos so much and hope you will make more soon🤍🫶🏽

      @@RevivePrescribedMeditation honestly my first through is 30 minutes. But I would say 20-30 minutes. That’s enough time for the very start of a flare, start meditation and hopefully calm down after about 15 mins, and then continue to meditate after feeling calm. Hope to see new videos soon. You definitely have a gift of a very soothing voice!!🤍🤍

    I have been using this for about three weeks, and it really has improved my symptoms tremendously. I will sometimes focus on my pancreas and vagus nerve too instead of my tummy, which seems to help. I just imagine those parts as you talk us through with the beam of light being filled and healed. Thank you, I love how short the time is and your voice is soothing. I do it every morning and night.

    It Star with the doctor Lisa voice so I thought I have to close the eyes now and then after two minutes the real meditation start at a very feeble low sound, but my iPhone was far away so I could not hear what they are saying; so I’ll try with her Next time

    I've been doing this meditation every mirning for a few months and have found it really helpful. Recently struggling to stay awake though. As soon as it starts I'm asleep! Very pleasant but probably not beneficial?

      Yes still will be beneficial. Don’t worry about falling asleep, this is really common when you first start meditating. As soon as you realised you’ve just woken up from nodding off just refocus from that point. After time you won’t fall asleep. Make sure you have regular sleep routine for the night time too so that you sleep well.

    My ibs was horrible for me for the past week I still feel nauseous and my tummy stil is uncomfortable and it is loud with nosies and i feel tired and sleepy this helps thank you

    Yes this meditation is excellent! Only problem for me is the music is too loud or Lisa’s voice is too soft. I do wear hearing aids but they’re cutting edge and Bluetooth. I will continue to listen but some of it is guesswork. So glad though to find IBS meditations.

    Loved the imagery,relaxation a lot. Had trouble hearing words because music too loud in much of it. Lile the length. Really good just want to hear it better.

    The background music ..is louder than your voice. .that's the reason most of your voice is not audible ..in this video ..if u can upload this video ..with good voice audible than the bgm ..it would be great ..lestining to this audio for four days ..could feel a great difference ..thank you ...

    Thank you for the ibs meditation! Could you address an additional symptom of ibs, i.e. nausea? I have ibs-C and morning nausea has been a new and very unwelcome symptom for me!

      My nausea ceased after the first session of kinesiology and the other symptoms 95% ceased after using the Nerva App. Using Dr Lisa’s lovely meditation now to top up my healing Following a slight return of symptoms

    Hi dr
    Will ibs cause urine retention? How about pre menses period will cause same too?
    I have ibs but no uti. Most of the time can’t empty my bladder completely n even more during pre menses.
    How should I solve this?

      I think its caused by a condition called interstitial cystitis

    From 2020 end I am suffering from IBS absolutely having no idea about it, suddenly it occured like anxiety and diarrhoea is a daily symptoms, will this meditation be helpful to get rid of diarrhoea?

    The music is way too loud. It drowns out the words and turning up up the volume just makes the music louder. Btw, all the mention of tummy. The problem is in the bowel - irritable bowel syndrome. At least for me.
    Would love to have done the meditation but had to quit 1/2 way through. Sorry to be so negative - other people seem to be getting benefits.

      Thank you for the feedback. I’m in the process of rewriting this IBS meditation as I’ve had feedback about the music volume. Also I mean ‘tummy’ as in the layman’s term for abdomen. I’m aware IBS is in the bowel as I am medically trained, in case you felt I have misunderstood the condition. Either way, I appreciate the feedback and will action it.

      @@RevivePrescribedMeditation Thx for your response. For me, tummy means stomach, so it's frustrating when so many videos for IBS use that word and don't address the gut/bowel/abdomen. Otherwise, it's a very good video.
