MCRCWA Track Day At Barbagallo Raceway With Contour+ And Dashware

Footage taken throughout the day in group 3 (fast group) with a Contour+ camera and Its GPS details to overlay dashware gauges. Details show braking/accelerating G forces and Lateral G forces. Braking was getting over 1 G in force and also over a G in lateral force through the fast corners. Taken on a slightly modified R1 with standard suspension ( didn't even bother adjusting the dampening) and road tyres. No traction control, ABS or slipper clutch - all manual!!

Bush fire I think? It was spectacular but not good as the ambient temp was about 42 Deg C. It was bloody hot on the bike. Air intake temp on the bike was saying 52 Deg C with the added heat coming off the track! The camera battery went flat so I missed the choppers that were coming in head height (as the track dropped away at the back of track) to fill up from a dam inside the track.

what app/program are you using to get the data for G force, brake, and throttle so you can add it to dashware?

Boba Defett the Contour camera has a gps and you can load the video with gps data into Dashware for the overlays. The overlays are Completely customizable. I think GoPro has bought out dashware.
