Overall a good presentation. But comparing Jag 20t prestige with 530D is not a right comparison. I think a closer compare would have been with BMW 530i. Quality on a Jag Portfolio is top notch; so pick the portfolio variant to compare the Windsor leather with napa leather..
Agree to your comments on BMW; great performance hence I picked up the 530d for its engine; however contrary to the perception that you stated of people who buy such cars, I do value cup holders. I don't have the attitude to buy water bottle and throw after use.

If you are going for comfort you should prefer Mercedes S350 its my personal experience and for sportier, off-road , high ground clearance ,go for Range Rover Vogue and if you want quality off roader buy Toyota Land Crusier all these cars are under 2 crore and I also own Land Crusier and Mercedes S 350 both are outstanding cars and I'm soon going to buy Range Rover Vogue
