The pcv valve will act as a check valve so you don't need that additonal one inline. Try blowing the wrong way through a pcv and you will see it doesn't allow any flow.
@@jordanprice9285 build the rest of the exhaust after the downpipe, oil lines & coolant lines for the turbo a few gaskets etc.. mostly just miscellaneous stuff but other than engine stuff, you will need to at least weld the diff, reinforce the subframe & probably the most important part of everything and expensive is the the tuning if u don't do it yourself
currently living in Toledo ohio. have my first 330CI with 120k miles on ol girl now. runs great, needs bushings EVERYWHERE and a motor mount to boot on driver side. looking at possibly doing this same thing, but need to get my paint fixed. we do wraps, LED signs etc (Scotty Bs LEDs, and staytunedautoworks) but id much rather dip if i could. how far from Toledo are you? ps sadly i have a ZF auto but we do have SEVERAL manual trans laying around at the shop tho and SEVERAL other parts cars with a jackpot of stuff to boot. but yea how far from Toledo are you?
I always wanted to do But needed obd2 reading for emissions. I was afraid of having a large amount of money into a car that I wouldn’t be able to drive on the road. Do ecu tuning give the option to make the emissions equipment pass readiness.

I would share but I don't have any and its all blocked by the turbo :/. Still need to get it working, something electrical is wonky. Wont turn on via the cluster but if I put power to the compressor directly i get ice cold air.

What do you think of the ride quality running Koni suspension and especially with the eibach springs? My last E46 M3 was on Koni coilovers, the first time I had used them and to be honest, after KW v3s BILSTEIN clubsport, they are the smoothest and best damped setup I have ever had. I was told by the previous owner that the springs were eibach but I had no proof of it, the dampers were supported by a receipt and the geometry printout

Could probably do the turbo for 4k all said and done. The supporting mods cost a lot on top, like the differential. I have been developing this system a lot as I go, as there is no good cut and dry kit. I have made a lot of updates, and will post a video with that when its all done come April. Big...wide...things... :)

@@TheMrbumpersticker on a 325 maybe 8psi. Itll probably die unless you lower compression. Just use a 3,0 and run 10. Or lower compression in it and run more

Any problems so far? Would you advise me against a similar setup on my bone stock 05 330xi with 149k. My clutch is slipping so I could upgrade it rather than replacing it with OE quality if its needed for the turbo.. What was the total cost btw?

I did an EWS delete so I can tune the stock ecu. I domnt use a stand alone ecu, just a AEM truboost electronic boost control and Uego wideband that are stand alone.
All separate. I am starting a turbo kit company. I can get you a full kit for 6k. ECU included, plug and play. 1 year warranty on custom turbo. Only thing needed is a shop to weld exhaust from turbo to tailpipe. Tuning included.
Its the ECS tuning M5 clutch. I have been upping the boost and the stock organic clutch started to slip though. Recently installed a new built engine and ceramic disk to stop the slipping. Stock E34 disk slips at 18psi and up

Ive got a few on my channel of it running, it rips! about 500hp at 16psi. Tuning in some larger 1000cc injectors right now so I can run more boost.

If you loosen the middle Mounts on the bumper you can space it out to get better fitment

really depends. Stock ECU works. Standalone is far better and more user friendly

not really, car kinda turned into a race car so it was deleted later on. I had custom lines welded but I think one was not done well and blocked.

How much boost can the stock internals on the m54s handle and would the b25 vs the b30 be able to handle the same?
depends on what fuel you use. 330 is pretty strong as its all forged from the factory. 325 is weak as it has cast rods etc.

Intake vanos solenoid oil feed line bolt. Just drilled a hole and tapped it. Seems to work great

Cost is unknown because Ive down so much stuff outside the turbo. No problems at all so far, that should be a fun setup.

what are you running in terms of ecu management, stock or standalone? Did you tune it yourself?
It runs off the stock ecu, which is "unlocked" and then tuned. The boost control is standalone. A buddy of mine tuned it
How do you "unlock" it? and are you using a piggy back like an FIC6? if not, what is the "stand alone" youre using for FIC
