What is dialysis?

I tried to talk to Dr Puru Dhawan so many times since I had a lot of questions to ask before starting any treatment but the assistant Doctors said that I cannot talk with him only if I visit the hospital I can talk with him.
Sometimes I'm confused whether the people on the phone were really the assistant doctors from sai sanjivani or it's a fraud.
