(Stay clear of banks...Looking back, we see that we were working for partners that really didn't do much and weren't as important as we thought. Unlike friends, a good track record still gets scrutinized and past good payment history means little to nothing. ) I've paid over 700k in interest....all of that should of gone to friends and not strangers.

As of this weekend I got my personal debts paid off took 3 years to pay off 30k and you can do that in like a month fewy
