I got the Lloydz Street Performance cams, their CNC port matched billet intake manifold, the Lloydz Sawicki stepped mid-length 2:1 exhaust, and their custom tune while at Sturgis 83. My 2020 Indian Challenger made 140hp and 130trq on their dyno!

@@DarkHorseParatrooper Considering my bike was dynoed on their dyno BEFORE parts were installed, bike made a good bit of power and it's in the RPM range I do my riding, above 3000rpm. I'll go ahead and get another dyno done locally - just to rub your nose in shit though.

@@sdpikapp Usually the case, just make sure to get an appointment before hand. They usually book everyday, sometimes there are a slot or two open for the last couple days of Sturgis or Daytona.

I think the guys who buy Challenger's are the types that are buying a Cruiser that has power out the Box (showroom floor)....So if you get one after pipes and flash....spend your money on comfort assories for your Challenger...
Yeah you’re right challenger has plenty of power… but it sounds like shit without aftermarket pipes… and if you do pipes it’s safer to flash ECU for proper fuel air mixing
@@tomkeen9421 If doing a full exhaust i would do a flash or a tuner...But with slipons?...i wouldnt bother with that....I had a Polaris Bike Before....
@@bradlozano2571 some slip ons maybe but most will affect your back pressure so yes a tune is important, besides if your doing exhaust you're gonna do intake as well. Get a tune!!
@@derfskittlers6125 You gotta remember...The Challenger has its CAT in the headpipe not the mufflers...So unless you do a full exhaust or a CAT delete....With a set of slipons doesnt get rid of the CAT...no need for a tune ...the computer will adjust fuel enough....Unless you want to spend $?.....I wouldnt do it...

Rain mode doesn't cut horsepower either . The modes only change throttle response and traction control

Rain mode limits max throttle opening to about 30%. That is going to limit power dramatically.
@@rvsperformance4385 correct me if I'm wrong but is it not still the same horsepower at that 30% open as it is in other modes at that same 30% open? Didn't mean it doesn't restrict power just doesn't physically change horsepower like was implied in the video
There's no replacement for displacement. 131 cubes boasting 150hp with 153 torque. Just a different manufacturer. Only downside was the stock clutch was eaten quickly
All i want to do is get rid my ANNOYING AS HELL , THROTTLE-LAG , OFF IDLE/ On TAKE-OFF.... i almost stall out , at times.

The rub is that, given the flush HD aftermarket, one can easily and relatively inexpensively bolt on way more power than that. I wish the aftermarket would catch up for Indian.

You’ll pay 8-10k on a HD just to keep up with a Challenger. Ima not speaking for the 2024 HDs though since I haven’t ridden one. However, the Challenger kicks the shit out of HD in nearly every category for the 2023 and older models. Just a different animal than the HD. Sorry Matt Laidlaw you punk ass!

You are no comparing apples to apples, to compare same dyno tune should be done same day at same location, humidity and altitude go alot to do with so at least you guys go to same dyno machine at same day weather you can't compare his numbers with yours.
Those Challengers are bad @$$ machines. The new CVOs have similar numbers/performance for double the price. You could toss a SE 131 kit or S&S 128 and get some nasty numbers but your looking at $5k-$10k to get your stock 114/117 up to snuff if you do your own work. (Don’t forget brakes, suspension, clutch, exhaust and tune)

Is it a 3500 dollar cool lope? No. Lol. The OEM cams are much better and definitely put down better numbers.

Did they flash directly to you ecm OR did you have to buy a module or chip to flash the tune with ??
Because I bought this from a actual loyds ( indian ) garage they flashed straight to the bike. … curious as to why that matters? Has something come up for flashing it different?

Just asking, in a lot of vehicles (cars as well as bikes ) you can't flash DIRECTLY to the vehicle's computer.... You have to have a go-between.
@@allentraylor5659loyds performance parts from Loyd himself works out of a couple garages across the nation… I got this directly from him… the ECU flash he did directly himself and many MANY people swear by it. He figured out the code, broke it and fixed it…. How he did it I have no idea.

Would've bought an import if I wanted to go fast. You can put bags on Hayabusa to carry your meds, if you didn't know. The best way to get real power out of a V twin is to add forced induction or NOS.
You saying that proves you don’t know what you’re talking about when it comes to motorcycles. The absolutely ONLY thing crotch rockets have on baggers is lean angle and brakes. I road rockets for years… TORQUE is where you want it… and rockets don’t have shit on torque compared to a 117 or 131… and no boss… they don’t need nos or turbo to get it. Seen it many many times baggers take rockets off the line

Crank vs. Rear wheel
That’s because what they say from brochure and factory is power at the crank… have to subtract 15-18% loss for stock engines…. Then when you ADD performance parts to it that 15-18% drops to 8-12% loss from crank. If I had not put performance parts on it… then number would be around 108hp and 118 torque
I think in sport mode number would've been different & a different power curve...just saying

Lol you don't get more horsepower by changing ride modes. it's all about throttle response.
@derf skittlers yes understood but in sport mode the throttle response is more pronounced which I think in my humble option would come on quicker, thus effecting the curve on the graph... what do you think?
Where are you getting your number of $3500 to have stage two cams installed???? I had it done at the Indian dealership up in Manchester New Hampshire at moms. It cost me $1800 out the door. I think you should know what you’re talking about before you put something on the Internet
Something seems funny about the dyno numbers for the cammed bike.
There should have been more than a 1hp difference between it and a non cammed bike.
I suspect the young guy purchased a bike and was told its cam was swapped, but it wasn't.
For what it's worth, I wouldnt pay $100 for such a minor performance upgrade.
I think you should understand the differences between dealerships and costs comparisons between state to state before you open your mouth … I’m not sayin that guy didn’t get ripped off… I’m saying that’s what he told me… pay attention .
