Nina, thank you so much for such wonderful tutorials. I've always wanted to learn hardanger but was intimidated by it. You made it seem so easy for me to follow and understand. Thank you very much, God bless.
Thank you so much for all the detail!! and I so appreciate you making sure you are always in camera!! Such a great job. I am doing fine and so happy/fun doing this stitching :) !!!
Great instructions. Learned a lot. Looking forward to the next one. Got my Nordic Needle news letter your famous. You really do a good job of showing everything
So glad you are continuing with this series. I have been away much of the summer and haven't seen all the videos. I've viewed 1 through 8 and can't wait to follow through with the rest. My project is waiting patiently for me. Safely in a container so as not to collect dust, lol. Just wanted to catch up with you. Keep up with the great tutorials!!!
Oh yes, I'm following you step by step and looking forward to your new videos. I'll add a photo to stitch mania since I don't know how to add it to this comment.
I'm glad you've found my videos helpful. Aida won't work for hardanger due to its weave. If you're new to hardanger my suggestion is 22 count hardanger fabric, #5 pearl cotton and #8 pearl cotton. Good luck!
thanks Nina.. . May be I will try to buy it from net... as in egypt I can not found the hardanger fabric.. . Or may be I don't know its commercial name... thanks a lot 😘😘😘
I will ask the shipping company about that.. thanks very much for concern... I will give you the feedback of course.... and will send you a photo of my first hand made piece .... Thank you ..you are very friendly ...
Hi Nina so since this HAL is done are you going to have another one or something else , i looked so foward for you to post something thanks it was great can't wait...
Thank you so much! I would like to do something else but it will have to wait until after October. I am gearing up to demonstrate hardanger at a local fibre fest, so am working on that at the moment. Thank you for your encouragement!
Hi, I used a free sample I had called Lizbeth. They have different sizes and I used size 3 and its color # 153. I was a little short on thread but I kind of mixed similar colors because I didn't want to wait for it to ship. It's from Handy Hands, Inc (they mainly sell threads for tatting I think ) if you'll privet message me your address I would like to send you some as a thank you.
Hi - I found it! I left a message (it's under "ninaanderic"). No improvements required, this turned out stunning! Well done!! Can you tell me what thread and colour you used? I like it so much I may try to get this colour - it's so cheerful! Thanks so much for sharing this.
I watch your videos while I stitch and find so much encouragement and pleasure from them. Please do another series Nina, pretty please. 😊

Are you able to order from the US? If so, you can get it from Nordic Needle (nordicneedle.com). They have a wonderful selection.
