I've never seen bison (or any animals) herded by helicopter. That was epic. Kinda wish that bonehead with the camera would have had to race with the bison. That would be something to see. Ha! Breathtakingly beautiful area, thanks for sharing it with us.
Catching the bison gathering was a special moment! Definitely unexpected but so happy to witness it. If only the guy would have really learned his lesson with the bison. He would have deserved it for sure lol. Thank you, Sally! Always enjoy sharing our little moment d with everyone. ♥️
I will never understand not just being happy to observe from a distance. Unless you’re potentially getting a Pulitzer, maybe step back? 🤣 Thank you, Sheila! It was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back. ♥️
Aaron is nothing but determined when it comes to avoiding expensive repairs. 😂 The dehumidifier must also cool on this one. I haven’s experienced a cooling humidifier either but it was greatly appreciated. 😁
SOOOOOO GOOD to see you again! GOSH! You two ARE my favs! I agree tourist’s do ruin everything! Buffalo are nothing to mess with & it’s THEIR land! Have fun traveling. Hugs from Mesa, AZ! ❤
Hi Sandi! Thank you so much! Hugs to you too and I hope it’s finally cooling down over there. We’re still trekking east and having a good time so far. ♥️♥️
People make me soo mad,,,😡 Has anyone seen Ken Burns American Buffalo documentary on prime? It brought tears to my eyes, great documentary ! Another fun video you two, you have gotten so much better than you did at the beginning, and it shows
WOW! Seeing Devils Tower that close is incredible. I had no idea. I had actually planned to head out north and west last week then chickened out. I was planning to head towards Seattle and got nervous I'd hit cold weather through Idaho and eastern Washington. So, I headed south instead. I love the scenery you're showing. The other thing people don't respect is that staying farther away from wild animals keeps them safer by not letting them get used to us. That guy was wrong on all the ways. Thanks for showing the A/C...something to consider for sure.
Guys! That music you chose is so darn perfect for this vid! Bravo! Your trek seems to be relaxing and enjoyable. Oh wait, maybe it's just the music, ha-ha. Enjoy & be safe!
Wow, buffalo are amazing but ppl are so stupid that think being super close to them is a good idea or being so darn impatient that your just gonna keep on driving even with them on the road. We have a portable ac unit like that for Tony's van. I enjoyed the video and Im gonna be out in Az in January, hope to get back in touch with you guys.
Can't say I've ever seen a buffalo roundup by helicopter - cool! It's the first week of hunting season here too - surprised how many people are out here, but then again, I am in the Elk Valley, north of Elkford!
@@ThatRVOverThere I’m a Canadian, so it’s great to see lulu branching out. They’ve done well. Maybe they aren’t Canadian anymore. Not sure maybe they got bought out.
I've seen your world from both sides now. From the every day , must-be-done, chores; to you both being surrounded by whatever nature chooses to give .I love this channel!!!!!!
Any choice spots you’d like to pass on? I’ve really fallen in love with Wyoming this time around. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you for watching and commenting, Michelle!
@@ThatRVOverThere Thank you , We still have a lot to do before winter. But things are coming together. Thank you both very much for your support. It is really appreciated.
Sad thing is, if that bison attacked and hurt or klld that man, they would likely put it down. A tourist once took a calf away from it's mother for some reason and when they returned it, the mother rejected it. So the Park Rangers had to put down the calf. Some are just clueless, selfish and arrogant.
Love seeing my old stomping grounds again! I lived in Spearfish SD for 40 years before moving to Arizona to retire. Thanks for taking us along on your journeys! ❤
Hi Glenda! Glad you enjoyed the journey with us! Any good places to see in Spearfish, SD? We found some great free camping and are going back when we head west. Thank you for watching and commenting! ♥️
Spearfish Canyon is a beautiful drive with some nice waterfalls. You are allowed to camp anywhere (for free) within the Black Hills National Forest, There's some great spots to pull out and park just past Roughlock Falls ( and nice hiking trails, too) Don't forget to go visit Deadwood while in the area, as well. 😄
It's such a beautiful place. I hope someday to visit. I know you've never talked about politics on this channel, and nor do I expect you to. But during the debate the other night, when jd said they were going to use government lands to drill, drill, drill, and build housing, my heart sank, and I instantly thought of all my full-time r.v. families that I watch on UA-cam that depend on the land to live and thrive on. I don't expect a response. I just wanted everyone in your community to be aware of their plans if elected. Safe travels.
That helicopter moving the Buffalo was really cool. Safe travels.
i’ve never seen anything like it before ❤️👍

Bonehead was thrill seeking😮
Pretty awesome scenery. I like it. You hear about people all the time getting too close to the wildlife and getting injured. Crazy. 😂❤

@2:47, I love how you can change your voice Sara. Especially your ability to impersonate Aaron so darn well!
(hee-hee-hee-hee-hee 😂)
she’s been with me long enough! 😂😂😂
Cinsidering Bison can run. At 35 MPH... he should be climbing up, something sturdy...
😂 imagine him scaling the outhouse
Great video! Loved seeing the bison, prarie 0:06 dog and rabbit. Beautiful countryside. Thanks for sharing. Happy trails. 🌞🦋💖
The prairie dogs were a surprise at how prevalent they were and loud! Thank you for watching and commenting, @texcinlulu!
You're very lucky that Aaron can do mechanical things. Bravo. ☮️
Yes, I am! lol And we’re grateful for Google too. ♥️😂
It's so great that Aaron can fix things. ☺️👏
I didn't know that Dehumidifiers can also cool the air. ☺️

Glad you guys enjoyed South Dakota. We have a large Buffalo round up every fall with cowboys riding horses rounding them up.
That guy was not real smart taking pictures of the buffalo that close
curious they round them up? very cool to see👍❤️
To prevent over grazing on the land and do health checkups, vaccinations also to determine which Buffalo will get sold.

not entirely sure what the reason was but they led them into a big fenced area, maybe a head count?

You got some amazing bison shots. ☮️
There were so many great opportunities while driving through the Badlands. They are fascinating animals.
mind boggling that he could not tell that buffalo was in an aggressive stance ready to charge him SMH
Right? Reading body language of animals should be something everyone should learn. The bison was watching him for a long time.

The trials & tribulations of a mobile home troubles. Sorry, but I found the water pump troubleshooting extremely informative & ingenious actually!
so glad! we definitely did research first on youtube😂😂😂
Buffalo will kill you, so glad you know that! Great watch ❤❤
