Very ironic that Koda finds Rutt and Tuke getting freaked out by Kenai’s roar and falling into the river funny and Nita not finding it funny, but Nita laughs when Kenai gets his head stuck and the Moosettes blowing raspberries with Koda not laughing at all.
I know at first Nita was annoyed because she felt the whole thing was a waste of time and stupid but when they kicked him into the dam she found it funny. Later after they get the amulet back from the raccoons that stole it she chooses to give rutt and tuke romantic advice of her own. I'm not sure if she genuinely wanted to help or was trying to show kenai up because of what he said about her being a stick in the mud or impress him because she still had feelings for him and cared what he thought of her but after her plan worked she teased him about being the better moose matchmaker.
Nita also found kenai's plan to impress the moosettes by having rutt and tuke pretend rescue them stupid. Given Nita's independent and strong willed personality she probably thinks women aren't delicate flowers that always need to be saved by boys.
