      In this Information Age people lack listening skills .. if you hear him he specifically says have in moderate quantity , have it if it suits you & use common sense . Caffeine is a stimulant which increases activity in your brain and nervous system. It should not be overused as the west does and we Indians are following . Any food consumed in higher quantity is bad. Even if you eat a superfruit like banana in higher quantity it’s bad for your health ..
