I went through a lot of videos and let me tell you yours is the best. Perfectly paced, clear video and up close, you talking through it as you go it and explaining why in between. Thank you so much!
You are a life saver! Thanks for the demo. I’m a beginner and purchased an afghan kit using this technique. I was having a lot of trouble following the written instructions for this pattern until I watched your tutorial. I’m good to go now because of your help. Thank you!
Oh my gosh I have been looking for someone that shows how to crochet and I finally happy I found you!! As I am recovering from a stroke and many things I use to do I can not, because I am relearning, that is very hard most times. There are so many videos out here to watch and no one really explains and shows clearly, well none I have found like yours, once others have showed you they fly thru! I am following you and again thankyou. Have a wonderful day I know I will!!
Thanks to you and your video tutorial I now understand C2C crochet. I absolutely love how you explain what goes where and the importance of crocheting under both chains in the chain 6 it truly helped me tremendously. I'm sure I can do whatever pattern I so desire all because of your expertise help. So give yourself a big pat on the back from me. I truly appreciate you.
I’ve watched several c2c videos and have had trouble getting this stitch down until your video. Thank for taking it a bit slower. I finally get the turn and the middle. Yay! 🧶
Best video I’ve seen on how to do the C2C stitch! Thank you! I’m finishing one I started 3 yrs ago and had forgotten how to decrease. I watched 2 other videos but was still confused. Your video explained it perfectly!
Thank you! I learned this stitch YEARS ago and used it for soooo many things (mostly scarves and table runners using crochet thread). But then I stopped crocheting for so many years. I remembered using this stitch but couldn't remember exactly how to do it and I never knew what it was called. Then I saw your video thumbnail and about jumped out of my seat because I'm back to crocheting again. Thank you so much for reminding me how to make this great little pattern stitch! Excellent clear and concise instructions! Cheers!
Just so you know, this video is my go to for c2c blankets! I've never made a c2c and came across your video. Thank you so much. I've made a few and people love them!!
I have never picked up a pattern or a new stitch so fast as I did this one thanks to your awesome tutorial. Thanks for going slow and taking the time to show us how to do it.
Thank you Tamara, I had lost interest in being creative with both my painting and crochet due to major family illness. NOW, you have given me the inspiration to tackle crochet again after 1 year.!! You are a Gem. xx
This looks so much easier than other videos I watched where it seemed like they were always flipping over the ends to attach. Thank you! Can't wait to try it!!
OMGosh! You are absolutely the BEST teacher! I have watched 20+ videos about c2c, and was just about to give up on learning how to do this. And BAM! I found you!!! Thank you sooo very much for making these. I’m now very excited to give this technique a try! Please keep the videos coming, because you have a GIFT for teaching!
All of my online crochet group seems to have been able to do this half of forever, not me though. Then I found this video, watched it once, started over with yarn and hook in hand, and WOW. I got it. I'm making my first c2c baby blanket for a friend due later in the year. Thank you so much for clear directions!

Thank you SO MUCH for putting out there the first really understandable C2C tutorial. finally I found someone explaining how the stitch works in a way that I can get. Thanks again!!
Lovely explanation of decreasing/ENDING a C2C rectangle. Mine is rediculiously never ending long. When the need to buy even more yarn loomed, I did a frantic search on HOW to make it stop. I laugh at me!! The new stitch was going sooo well. The yarn is sooo pretty. Haaaa. The threat of leaving my chair ( after work I'm done) drove me to bed an nightmares of embarrassment of what my daughter- in- law would say about this 9 or so foot "twin" blanket for my 10 year old granddaughter. Anyway. That you for ending my nightmare. No one else will ever know!! I am tearing out as this text finishes. 😅🥰
Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I was actually feeling so skeptical to try out the c2c . After watching your video, I just finished a c2c baby blanket within 4 days. 4 days is the fastest tht I have finished. I'm not a professional but a visual self learnt via UA-cam. Thank you again.
THANK YOU for this wonderful and detailed video tutorial! I was trying to follow a written pattern from someone and since I've never done C2C before I was totally lost. You've demistified this stitch and I'm on my way to completing a beautiful scarf to give as a gift. 😊
Thank you. I’ve looked at other videos and this is the best I’ve seen. I followed it and made my first c2c crochet. I’m a beginner level and don’t know how to read patterns. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have saved this video for future projects. Thank you again Tamara.
Thanks for a great video, you completely explained how I can now start and work my new Mary Maxim Blue Love Afghan. I simply could not figure it out from the written pattern! I was totally stuck on Row 2 no matter what I tried. Love the way you show each stitch, and offer tips to keep in mind to make the pattern consistent and simple. Well done!
I am so grateful I found this video I tried to follow someone’s else’s and omg I failed however I needed just how you did and I’m ready to conquer the C2C WORLD IM SO EXCITED THANKYOU SO MUCH
This was by far the most easiest video to learn C2C on !!!! Thank you so much, I was finally able to make a shawl and conquer my fear of this type of pattern.

Thank you Tamera. I've been wanting to do a corner to corner graph but have to master the C2C first and your videos are so easy to follow, I haven't been following UA-cam for a couple years but before that I literally learned to crochet by watching and following you and a couple easy-going great teachers such as yourself, I gradually worked up to being able to follow a pattern 😁

I watched your hook because it was so unusual more than I watched what it was doing! I had to stop and rewind a lot because of it. Where did you get it?
Thank you 🙏!!!! I have watched C2C tutorials n nobody has explained it as well as you. They flipped their projects and turned blocks...it was a nightmare to follow. You walk us through the steps and explain it beautifully. Again, thank you for an awesome tutorial.
Brandi Valentine i didn’t understand the flipping either. Now I think I will try it with a smaller hook as my cotton yarn is very loose and I want a tighter form. I’m so happy to have remembered Moogly is a great teacher
Thank you for this tutorial - it’s so clear and concise. I wanted use a more textured block stitch (chain 3, 3dc-tog) but need a refresher on the technique - this is perfect. Thank you!!

I absolutely agree with everyone else. Clear, succinct tutorial!! Quick question: what type of hook are you using? It looks like it would ease finger fatigue especially for big projects. Thanks!
Excellent: simple, straightforward, and not a lot of chit-chat at the beginning. Good camera work as well. Thank you.
This is the clearest video of the C2C decrease I have seen. Thanks Tamara for such a good demonstration and explanation.
