- Parts came in and we got other tractors done so let's get back to this tractor. in today's episode we're going to assemble the planetary pack and the clutch pack.
Great explanation of how this thing works. Very helpful. I have a synchro range but sure do want to get a power shift in my fleet.

Hi Jon,, Im showing some pressure when I push inching pedal down. and tractor still pulls until I apply brakes. going to remove front pack, but I was curious about the pressure issue.

I would look into the clutch pedal valve housing. Must be a leak?

why is the pressure in the rotating clutch lower than in other clutches?
Everything should be fairly close if you have one clutch pack that's low then you have some level of leak
I think you could really benefit from a tri pod so you didn't have to shut off the camera as you work with both hands

What grease are you using? Is it something special to not mess up the clutches?
Nope nothing special, just a good non moly chevron grease. I like a stiff grease for assembly. Works good on seals
How's the engine from the green giant in the corner coming along? Customer feeling better about the initial purchase shock?
I hope all my neighbors buy 12.5/13.5 powered equipment...
Block, rods, and crank came back from machine shop. Hopefully, next week, get started?!
