    What you said about meeting new people is completely true, but you can outgrow the people you look up to aswell, then you’ve learned and adopted but you need to be aware when to seek for new people and get out of your comfort zone again. Helpfull video btw🙌🏼

    I needed this, thanks so much Mo. Early 2022 I was in a rut (recovering from a foot/nerve injury, heartbroken, felt lost in my professional career). I did some physical therapy which helped me walk normally again. broke up with my girlfriend, heartbreak put me down bad. I was in tears at work for a week and felt alone. I went to the gym consistently and therapy which helped immensely so did friends family. We ended up clearing the air and stay supportive keeping a mutual respect for each other as humans. Today is my 25th birthday and from that time till now I've made so much progress recovering mentally and physically from the rut I was in. I made lots of changes to my daily habits and routine. I'm on the path of pursuing a masters degree at a top university and have new/solid career opportunities im currently pursuing. Alot of your advice in this video rings true, thanks for taking the time to make this. Rock on bro

    I broke my humerus eight weeks ago. Not just broke it but destroyed it, I was in hospital for a week and had five hours of surgery; it's now mostly metal. This video could not have come at a better time. I have to take steps to rebuild and improve my life.

    I feel like the overwhelming, simplification of this message is to do your absolute best to remain *disciplined.*
    I'm coming to realise as I'm now in my 30s is that you're perpetually on your strongest arc, when you're disciplined to the small details in your life.
    I'd really recommend all men read "The Slight Edge" - it will really drive home the importance of sticking to small disciplined actions applied daily.

      Forgive me if this is a little intrusive my man, but how has this affected your capacity to sky dive?
      Also diagnosed with ADHD, been looking at getting qualified for solo drops after doing a tandem in 2020 - but I'm just a little concerned I'll fuck something up lol.

    your intro. I felt so attacked with how accurate that was aha, it was literally my life(minus the weed and a different game). Ashamed to say it took me MUCH longer to get my life together, had poor mental health to begin with and leaving college felt like the floor was removed from under me. I struggled getting work for so long, no friends, no money... I finally got a job in october last year but I'm lacking the motivation to get the rest of my life in order, i enjoy seeing other people improve their lives but have no drive to improve my own, i've always been that way.

    The making your bed part you mentioned is so fucking true. Somedays i wake up not feeling like doing shit and end up procrastinanting on my phone for a like 1 or 2 hours. Then i eventually decide to stop being a little bitch and get off my bed. Make my bed and wash my teeth and plan the day ahead. Guess what the day goes on a lot fucking better when you have a good start

    Awesome video btw, just want to add a few thoughts. In the northern hemisphere, take vitamin d, especially in winter. I'm in the UK too and it can literally make the difference between me being able to function and get shit done, and lazing in bed all day. Even if you're getting time outside, take it. This time of year is dark, cloudy, and miserable.
    Secondly, I light my bedroom with red LEDs, no blue shit. There's not really much science behind this, but since doing that I fall asleep faster and sleep better (I turn them down low but not off when I decide to go to sleep).

    • @MoSamuels1
      @MoSamuels1  Рік тому +1

    Is he broke?
    Do girls find his face ugly?
