I didn't have the proper charger for this battery (and from the video,I couldn't see a charging port either). It probably charges through the output connector. The charger I used was a Turnigy Accucell 8 (possibly no longer made). And you may have problems sourcing a new 24v NIMH charger. I don't believe they are made these days. Best bet is second-hand (used).
Assuming your new cells are assembled correctly , perhaps the problem is with the BMS ??? Some BMS's (from large companies like Bosch etc) may not allow you to replace the cells , that is , if the voltage on the BMS drops to zero volts , it may lock the BMS (brick it). How many wires go to your output connector inside the battery case ? If it's more than 2 wires , then it's a "smart" BMS that communicates with the controller (and therefore cannot be changed for an aftermarket BMS that has only 2 wires to the output connector. Let me know.

Is there anyway Sir that we could bypass this "Smart" way for Yamaha to earn again on battery replacement. Thank You so much sir for your response, very much appreciated.

If this was mine , I would buy a new controller (but then , would the motor work without the original controller ???). See how many wires go from the controller to the motor - if there are only power wires (2 or 3) , it may work. Then , of course , your handlebar display may not work with non original battery and ESC. Good luck ...........

Your comment lacks a bit of information needed to diagnose the problem. Is your battery NIMH or Li ion ? Are you referring to the 3 pin output connector when you say it's a 3 pin 24v battery ? Is it the same output connector as in the video ? This pack appeared to have 3 wires coming from the battery into the output connector - Red , Black and Green (tied to the Black wire - negative battery terminal). When I performed the initial voltage test , you'll have seen me probing all 3 output terminals ie. negative terminal to centre terminal , positive to negative terminal , BUT I didn't test positive to the centre terminal (had no need to - just looking for overall voltage). If your pack has a separate 3rd wire on the output , it's possibly a themistor so that the controller can detect an overheating battery. Good luck.
To charge a battery and for the charging to stop when the battery is full,you need a proper charger. A laptop "charger" is probably just a power supply,and won't stop charging when the battery is full - it will keep going and overcharge (and overheat) the battery. However,if the laptop brick can output 29 to 30 volts,it can charge the battery,but you will have to manually stop the charging before the battery gets hot.

It sounds like the battery dies when under load. If the rest of the bike works ok (controller is ok) , then it's probably the cells inside that need replacing.

You can use 2 x 12v lead acid batteries (connected in series).
Only need to connect positive and negative wires to the output terminal (with a fuse).

I'm repairing a burned battery. Someone know (or can measure) the NTC resistance (the two small black wire)?
I did not measure the NTC resistance,but a common value for many batteries is 10 to 15 kilo ohms.
