- kunun gyada is one nutritious and yummy drink you will test and never forget,you can take it as breakfast, lunch or dinner and the recipe is very simple,all you will need is your short grain rice (2 or 3 cups of it) ginger,pre roasted groundnut (1 cup), coagulant,wash and soak the rice for like an hour or two then add all these ingredients together except your coagulant which can either be just a table or 2 tea spoon of lime, lemon or tamarind juice which you will be adding after you have blended your rice, groundnut, coconut and ginger,you will then sieve it, remove the shaft,add a little more water 2 - 4 cups so it can be enough then put it on low heat and add in your coagulant and cover to cook, but keep checking and stirring after every 3 to 5 minutes to avoid being lumpy if you are the type that like it very smooth....please like and share ..thank you
