7:19 man I can’t do the r accent that well! Man you really do tons of accents like you mentioned when you hated the parasol in return to dreamland dx! 😂
The fact that you need all the Rainbow Medals to unlock the final world kinda kills this any% run. Needing to play every level and manage to get one specific collectible in every stage is kinda annoying rather than just speeding through every world. Mass Attack also kinda takes a toll on you in long play sessions. Also I think having 10 Klaires at once might have screwed up the microphone, making it glitch out at later parts.
When the Flufflehydra speaks, I heed her many-throated cry and light the beacons for my fellow pupcoltyes, so we may gather tribute and offer headpats to the one true Elder Puppy. Can we have twenty Klaires in the next video? :3 Something I'm faintly curious about (and this is a question aimed at my fellow commenters as much as it's aimed at you Klaire :D) especially given that it's early into the month and we're on your lowest rated speedruns at the moment - is the novelty of the mass attack speedrun and other runs that involve amusing (but not particularly useful) skills enough to warrant your interest in attempting them? Or do you genuinely prefer any skill whose utility gets you through any given Kirby game the fastest? Or put another way, do you like silly speedruns or serious speedruns more? Is there a particular direction you lean or is purely dependent of your mood? *EDIT:* Of course you're refined! It takes a truly rarefied type of puppy to appreciate the majesty of Kirby's inherent squishiness.
I'd pin this if I hadn't already pinned something As for me, it mostly just comes down to what I find the most fun - KMA is super fun but trying to speed through it, less so.
Mass Attack 100% would just be pure masochism, wouldn't it? I feel like the Rainbow Medal system could have been handled so much better. Maybe instead of requiring all rainbow medals to access World 5, just require a certain amount of medals (doesn't even need to be rainbow medals, just any medals) to progress to the next world? That would allow for freedom in choosing which levels to beat, and allow for more interesting routing diversions based on preferences.
Sadly, I don’t have 10 arms, so I can’t give 10 simultaneous head pats. My stance on Mass Attack any% is that it’s a two-edged sword. On the one hand, because there aren’t any major skips in the game (as far as I’m aware), it relies almost exclusively on raw skill. Granted, you can’t necessarily brute force your way through the game because you still need to manage your Kirby count for a few of the Rainbow Medals, but you still have a lot of wiggle room to make mistakes because fruit is so common in the game. However, there’s also the issue of Mass Attack’s janky pacing. Because you lose 9 of your Kirbies after you beat a boss, you’re kinda left out to dry in the early levels of each world and essentially have to grind for fruit because there’s a non-zero chance that you’ll need all 10 at some point (thankfully, Dedede Resort is generous enough to front load all the minigames). You also have to take a lot of mandatory detours and mandatory Skull Gang fights for some of the Rainbow Medals, as well as go through 3-5 twice, so there’s another knock against it.
This is similar to my take; the individual parts of the game are really fun, but put together for a full any% run and it kind of falls apart. I'd never call it bad but as a huge fan of the game, I wish I had more positives on it. And not having ten arms doesn't mean you can't give ten headpats!!
Klaire FluffFluffFluffFluffFluffFluffFluffFluffFluffFluffle
omg so true bestie
The only flaw about having 10 Klaires is I cannot pat all their heads at the same time
Sure you can! You just need to believe
@@Klaire_Fluffle Or I can just defy science to grow tentacles to pat all of their heads.
You have 10 fingers ;)
Yes! More! More Klaires! She will conquer the world and get all the headpats!
My secret plan
8:13 aw don’t cry puppy!
0:12 amazing mirror the true mirror maxing
Least Violent Mass Attack Speedrun be like
Honestly that's Brawlball
@@Klaire_Fluffle Brawlball does have everything, even an EVIL TREE
SO MANY PUPPY
So many headpats!!!
@@Klaire_Fluffle yes! The headpats may take awhile to headpat every puppy but, everyone should make that time

Actually the microphone issues were unrelated, I just duplicated the audio track in Vegas a bunch of times nurr
@@Klaire_Fluffle I was making a joke with that lol. Just wanted to point the issue out so it doesn’t become common in later videos!
I’m headcanoning that the audio bugs are klaire’s mic picking up us headpatting her
Kirby is so cool I wish the number 10 was real
It is real but only when headpatting puppies
All the kirby
EVERY Kirby
10 Claires should be the standard
More trans voices means more recognition, that’s totally how that works

I would say what I think of this game but they gave me a restraining order
That's fair, that would mean you wouldn't be able to see puppy anymore!
