Great vid! Capture beam and beam blast are always fun to use, even if the damage isnt that great. I would like to see new attacks that focus on mid range area denial, since i think thats what theyre going for with beam? My vote goes for ninja kirby!

Oh hell, it's essentially been 5 years that I've subscribed to you before your 300 sub milestone. The classic beam ability spotlight was my first exposure ever.

I didn't like Beam back when I was playing the GBA games (being worse Sword will have that effect), but from Super Star Ultra on it's been pretty solid. Not amazing, but always at least decent. Might be the most improved ability. Also voting Parasol, as it's my favorite and requires discussing the animal friends

Come on Klaire, admit it. You put off the Spotlight series this long on purpose, just to make that "they BEAMed" bit land I'd personally love to see you cover Parasol in the next installment, but I'm looking forward to any copy ability you choose to review. Whenever I do runs of the KSS(U) Arenas where I ignore the rest rooms like I'm playing a DMT-trilogy boss rush, I do find Beam to be quite a helpful ability and always pick it up during the Kracko fights! Mainly because I love how Capture Beam makes you intangible and does a good deal of damage. I think the biggest nerf though was the English version of the Kirby games changing "Beam Machine Gun"'s name to "Beam Blast" >_> I'll throw in a vote for Suplex though, or the entire grappler family as one video if that's allowed.
