Thanks for the email that pointed me to this flow. Through this slightly increased tempo vinyasa flow you showed me that I have improved my beginner practice over the past year. I am a recreational runner/triathlete has been using your videos to strengthen, stretch and heal my body overall--it truly helps. This is becoming my favourite flow too! Still can't do crow but hey! I love the "yeey, resting" at the end. I find the flow easier and more relaxing now than 3 months ago. Fabulous. :)
Hi Lesley, ive been practicing yoga for last 2 years, started with your lessons and havent stopped since.. though I had a couple months break due to my third pregnancy, since the NewYearsEve 2016, when my son was born, within a month im back on track, following your lessons, especially 90 day fix.. I just love your peacefull voice and the dynamic of your flow, also the nature in the background is so relaxing.. I look forward to these classes every morning. Still a novice though so I do my own thing while you are in crow or doing headstands. It's making a big difference to my mind and body and I've found that at 56, yoga is the only exercise I truly enjoy. My body deserves this. Thank you for your kindness and for teaching us.

After almost 7 years of doing yoga, it was while I was doing this sequence a couple days ago that I finally held a crow pose for an extended period of time (10+ seconds each time). You said to direct the gaze forward and that made all the difference! Thank you for helping me reach this milestone!
This video was so good, almost like art. The scene, poses, your dictation and the quote were all done with great ease and it came together beautifully

Lesley, I did it! I finally "felt" crow, and flew! I've had such a hard time connecting to my core, but I finally got what it meant to really pull my legs in, instead of relying so much on my hands and arms. Thank you! I needed that today.

Really like that you include some time at the end for shavasna (sp), it's great to lie on the mat for a minute or two in stillness after all the movement. Also love the speed of the flow and the calmness of your voice. Thank you for the brilliant video!

Hi Lesley! I'm doing YF90 for the second time now and I'm managing to practice every single day so far. I've continued the routine we had on the retreat in Italy - get up, brush teeth, do yoga THEN breakfast. It works so well. Thank you for helping me establish that routine, and for making such great classes. I'm really enjoying YF90 and I'm so surprised at how much easier it is, now I've been practising (using mainly your videos) for 3 years. Yay! Hope you're all well. Love xx
I can hardly believe it, but I actually got up in a headstand for a couple seconds this time! I know I asked you at the beginning how I could do it and you said just keep going through the program. Greetings from Finland! I'm doing the yoga fix 90 for the second time now, and it's simply wonderful to notice the difference from last year. I particularly remember this flow as a very hard one, but today I really enjoyed it and it felt like a warm wave from an ocean passing through me (although the peacock pose still isn't working, but I don't really mind - my body has been brave lately so one pose not working without practice is definitely okay). Thank you so much for all of your videos, they really are life savers, especially when there is no yoga places around my hometown.
My first wheel and I let out an audible "ah!!" That particular movement is something I've wanted to be able to do since I was a kid. Other parts of the practice were out of reach . . . for now. Thank you

I can see why this is one of your favaourite flows. It is challenging, relaxing, gives good streches and it made me sweat.
By the way, I have noticed some serious progress, I am more flexible and my arms are much stronger than they used to be. I also have noticed changes in my physical condition. My muscles are stronger, I look fitter (and got rid of some pounds). I have never felt better, and all this is because of you, thank you so much.

Day 32 done. Very nice flow - the hand balances will come easy for me someday soon 🙂. Yesterday began to feel a bit under the weather. Stuffed nose, headache & just blah. Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I believe as they say, when the mind is not feeling good, it comes out physically. My mom has been gone 2 years. Function at my mother in law's today, not 100% into going, but will try to be in the moment & be joyful. (my intention by the way). My grandkids will be there so I will have joyful moments. I will also have sick to my stomach moments because I've experienced that before. So tomorrow taking mom flowers @ the cemetery, then if I want to come & lay down under the covers & cry, that's what I'll do. Just trying to say experiencing the loss of mom is probably the biggest adjustment you will ever have to make, so you do you. If you don't want to talk or be social, don't. If you want to remember the good memories and celebrate those do it. I have you in my heart Duke, Stone & Indy. Wishing you strength & inner peace today, tomorrow & always.

I love how in tune this 90 day yoga challenge has made me. One week ago I tried to do this video as it was the next in line and I felt so tired and had a hard time keeping up. I honoured where my body was at (which I've only learned to do since starting yoga) and stopped the class and did a relaxation yoga. Now, 6 days later I have come back to it after some rest and taking care of myself, and the video was EXACTLY what I needed today. It felt SO good! Just wanted to share that and thank you Lesley, for giving me the ability to experience this
