I took this class as an invitation to go much slower than the class itself. It hit the pause button, invented my own slow flow. I fell into a harmony where I felt my gaze slowly woke up (it is morning) to greet the things around me: hi book, hi bowl, hi sun,....It is sometimes funny to realize that a teacher is really (only) doing her own thing and sharing that with thousands. I took this opportunity to do just the same (and sharing it through a comment). Thank you Fightmaster Yoga, we miss you and are with you still,.
The election has me really worried and stressed out. I did this practice in the evening after work on election day and this has helped me find a place to calm down, even if just for a moment. Thanks Lesley for this great relaxing and rejuvenating practice!
I had to stop the 90 days challenge because I got sick and this as a great sequence to get back in action. When I started my whole body felt tired and sore and now I feel reinvigorated. Thanks for the wonderful class.

I’ve done this practice many times and came back to it today. I always find the sequences to be exactly what my body needs when I have not taken moments to slow down in life. I continue to appreciate this channel :)
I've tried allot of different yoga videos but I have found that when I practice with you I am much calmer and happier throughout the day than with others. They are all wonderful but I get something I really need here somehow, thank you!
Thank you Lesley for your online classes. I did yoga on and off for years (mostly off). Three months ago, I decided to restart my yoga practice. I started with heated yoga. I believe the heat helps ease my tight muscles. Some days like today I just couldn't make it to class. It is so nice to have found your channels with classes that I enjoy. This slow flow morning yoga helped kick start my day. Will definitely be back for more classes to supplement my heated yoga classes. Thank you!!
day 91 :) even though I could take a bit of rest, something didn't felt right. It really becomes a habit of practicing yoga and I love it. Thank you for helping me to create such a wonderful habit. Namaste :)

This is a perfect morning flow for me. Dolphin pose has the right intensity to get really warm in the mornig but not feel like crashing down back to bed afterwards! Thank you very much!

This one was just perfect for me today: I had a lot of myalgia (is that a correct term?) in my biceps, triceps, shoulders, breast and back because of some previous workouts. It now feels way more relaxed en doesn't hurt so much anymore! thank you Lesley!

I'm 2 weeks post laparoscopy and have been itching to get back into more vigorous yoga, this was exactly what I needed, gentle enough that I didn't hurt myself, but enough of a challenge for me to test my core strength and build some heat. Thank you for all you do!
