    Although you don't owe anyone an explanation I can appreciate that you pay such close attention to the people that watch your videos (even the rude ones) and may have misunderstood the portion size from the last time you did this recipe. Besides the fact that your videos are so well put together and calming I liked that you added another aspect to it so there was something new to learn.

    Your videographer/editor is doing a superb job. The music compliments and doesn`t ever distract. I like your calm, clear instructions and limited commentary because way too many cooking videos are hosted by egomaniacs who have to fill up every second with nonsense. Really well done. Keep it up.

    I have been binge watching your videos for the past 2 hours and I have to say this is the most aesthetically pleasing, soothing/relaxing, satisfying cooking and baking channel. Not to mention that all your recipes are realistically achievable even for inexperienced non professionals like me, because you use practical easy to find ingredients and explain things so simply and clearly. You've inspired me to try out many of the recipes!!! Thank you for your wonderful channel! I've subscribed and will definitely be looking forward to more! Sending love from Israel

    All good, man! Don't change and become the same as all the other cooking channels out there! It's the merge between home cooking with professional flair (style, idea, plating, cooking technique, flavor pairings) that makes things "out there" but accessible that makes your channel unique and worth subscribing to. Keep it up. :)

    I love the Japanese styling for the dish and the portion size for the dish, the previous one didn't work as its own meal but as a single part of a five course meal, was perfect.

    I like your direction and final concepts on your channel. A cross between home cookery and the professional world as you said. There are plenty of channels of either types on youtube but sometimes you just want to make something at home that's just a bit more special than usual, this channel is where we can come to get ideas, tips and recipes. (Not to mention new techniques too ;D )
    The best parts of cooking is the experimenting, the tasting and the feeling of success of making a great finished product. ^^

    You mention that we only see the successful experiments.
    Can you make some videos of the failures and explain why they didn't work? I feel like that would teach us a lot about cooking.

    • @Moley1Moleo
      @Moley1Moleo 5 років тому +1

      @JohnDark93 - If we want to worry about wasted food, then I'd say it is quite the opposite. If we see and learn from how he accidentally wasted food, then we might avoid wasting food in our own experiments.
      (Although, more to the point, I just think those videos would be generally informative about cooking.)

  • @iphonian

    I love this it is extremely inspirational. Subscribed.! I will try it with a sous vide bone in ribeye for presentation bones are always awesome. I would also make a variation of your potatoes, by sort of twisting it instead of the straight so it looks like some stacked squares to make a 8 point star like shape. This may or may not work well, on one hand it would be possible to have extremely crunchy corners, on the other hand it can just burn before the rest of the potato cooks thru.
