All tool companies have that pricing scheme with their batteries. Thats where they make the most money is selling expensive batteries because most people feel obligated to stay with a brand if they need new tools or need a new battery
I needed to update my tool sets and with needed to update comes a cost and I find that these tools are priced right for what I need to use them for. If I was a builder I would not buy but for tools around the house these work great.

I would check the website or Walmart
Look on eBay for hart batteries I found several 40v 4-6 amp hour one’s really cheap all brand new in package

What is that blue part that comes in the box?
OK so I would love to help but I am unsure what blue part you are talking about. The wing nuts that help tighten the handle? The blue clip on the battery? The blue button on the trimmer? I will do my best. This is also just an unboxing video not a full review video as I'm still testing out the product......

I looked mine over and I don't see anything like that I would e mail hart they are very good if you have questions
I have the same question I have the blue thing some plastic blades and like an extra head
OK so I am not sure but I have a hanger hook its a round peg with a half loop on it....it to hang your trimmer...not sure if that's what people are talking about...also do you have the same trimmer as mine? they do make different ones

wow thanks for catching this......I guess it got away from me.....I will say this trimmer works rally well on basic weed trimming. If I have time this weekend ill put my final review together. Thats actually not the brushless one. The real one thats brushless says it on the box under the main 40v at the top of the box. Thats their little scheme. Read the label closely
mmmm looks like I might have been sent the wrong one as I ordered the Brushless...Wish I still had the box
@@ReviewTimeWithTim yeah it’s weird. They make a regular 15 inch 40v. Then a 15 inch brushless 40v that’s 30 bucks higher usually. And then they have the 15 inch supercharge 40v. The regular brushless version is actually really good
