This is just too painful to slow to watch.
I love your channel! Your recipes look delicious, your voice, the music, and the easy pace of your presentation is so calming... the best way to cook! I need to make more of an effort to slow down in the kitchen as i almost always scrape a knuckle grating garlic and ginger. 😅 What cheese do use in each recipe? Watching from downstate Illinois. XXOO ❤❤

Looks very good but you could cover everything in half the time. Far too slow.
It would be nice if the ingredients stayed on the screen like a list you could copy instead of disappearing while you are trying to write them down. I don't bother with these recipes unless I can copy ALL the ingredients.
You always use the combo of 1 tsp each of salt, pepper and paprika. But - WHICH Paprika ?!?. It comes in HOT/SAVOURY - and also SWEET.. It would be helpful to know which one you use. Also - the onion has been cut in slices. Wedges radiate out from the centre - like the sections of a mandarin orange. Also - it is more efficient and not as wasteful to put the garlic through a press - instead of grating it - and risk shredding the skin off your knuckles in the process. Finally - a little judicious editing would help. We don't need to see every single slice of every single ingredient. A few slices at the beginning - and a few slices at the end. That's all that's really necessary.
All that being said, however - I really enjoy your recipes. Aside from the overuse of salt - they are very good. (Eg., - there is salt in the bacon, salt in the cheese, salt in the soya sauce - AND two tsp of table salt, as well. 'Way more than is needed or safe . . . especially for those with health issues.). Will be trying this recipe in the Autumn, when the cooler weather is here, again - and using my oven will be okay.

Be mindful of peoples time… we don have to watch you cut parsley etc bit by bit… there’s a way to run it faster.
