Hi joelster, please see this! I have a normal ps4 and i’ve just bought the 49” Q60R and the graphics have taken a big toll from my old Tv. For example objects in games like call of duty or even the last of us , load in when you get closer and finer details like building details, trees and grass dont load in until you get much closer. I’ve played around with so many settings it just seems messed up. My old tv was samsung 5 series a UE405500k. Much better graphics and everything. Why could this be? You’d think getting a Qled and newer tv would make your graphics better at the least not worse. Other than that, picture quality for nerflix, tv and everything else is perfect. Please help!
@fearlesslegend yeah.. i have my 49 inch.. without calibration the color is too sharp.. can i get your calibration settings mate?.. please advice.. thanks..
Just want to keep it clear, what some of you are calling banding or uniformity it is actually from the camera not the TV, for that reason I am describing my experience, there are no such issues in person.
Also another question do you know why my ps4 games when using hdr makes the screen go black for a second after I close the game down to the ps4 menu? It does not do this when the game is just hd and has no hdr update .....!!
Game enhancer only gives you a different picture presets otherwise it doesn't do anything. Go ahead and check your picture settings when you activate game enhancer, all it does is change your color to 27, contrast enhancer to high and color space to native
Game Enhancer doesn't actually do anything except change to a new profile. You can confirm this (please and thanks). Turn Game Enhancer off and take note of your settings for Backlight, etc. and Contrast Enhancer in Picture settings, your HDMI black level setting, and your dynamic black equalizer setting. Now turn Game Enhancer on and see that these values have changed. Now change them back to what they were with Enhancer off. Now flip back and forth between Enhancer on or off. You will observe that nothing in the picture changes. All Game Enhancer does is allow a different profile of settings that are defaulted to use the High Contrast Enhancer and boost other settings, which oversaturate the image.
Just recently bought an LG led 43 inch. It was a good price for my first 4k. But the colors have an awful green and redish hue. It's incredibly noticeable on yellows, the yellow are brownish green. Hi JoelsterG4K , I want to know if the reviews out there of light bleeding and lack of brightness are real for q60r/q65r and if the q60r/q65r is a downgrade from last year's models? I recently bought a 55 inch q65r but I didn't open the package and I am considering switching to 55 inch q80r , is there a big difference between the q65r and the q80r since the q80r has a better screen technology(full array)? , I need a tv that delivers good hdr/sdr content and good at gaming (probably gonna get the xbox series x at the end of the year) , what do you suggest? should I keep the q65r or get the q80r? I don't know what are the differences between the q60r and the q65r and can't compare, I read about very bad performance of the q60r and I don't know what to believe , what would you do instead of me -keep the q65r or switch to q80r?
And I prefer a brighter screen but I don't know if the q80r will deliver a lot better brightness performance than the q65r , I read that the q65r has 100 nits more than the q60r , I don't know if there is an improvement between the q60r brightness and the q65r since the q65r has 100 nits more
Just curious but why do you turn the Ycc 4.2.2 option on. What is the difference with it on or off. I have always turned this off but never sure if it's correct.
When you play an HDR game the chroma subsampling drops to ycc420 because of the limitations of hdmi 2.0, when check that option it allows it to drop to ycc422, the ideal would be 4.4.4 but that only works in SDR mode. Some TVs support this and some don't, that's when you start getting black outs.
Show PC gaming with Radeon card. You can enable FreeSync via the HDMI with Radeon. I'm not sure about Nvidia RTX cards, i think those only support FreeSync through the display-port.
So do you use HDMI 1 or one of the other ports? I have mine plugged into HDMI 1 but it says function unavailable when i try to turn on input plus for that port. Any info would help, thx mate!

It is probably my camera, there is no ghosting on this tv.
Bro in BO4 I see you have a big delay in fast corners, I didn’t have this on a Nu8000, the model being tested is probably not good for online shooters
I dont see or feel any delay when Im playing online in person.
JoelsterG4K it seemed to me when you quickly turned the weapon from side to side I saw a delay
Its one of the best tv for gaming...only 11ms delay...
Hey I'm Pretty late but is it possible to get a setting video or you can type here in comments for movie settings I respect your opinions on these i have a 65" samsung q60r
Hi guy. Please, tell me one thing. There is some "shadow"/stain on the screen base when when viewing white images?
Also freesnyc and game motionnplus does not show up in the menus for my ps4
The ps4 doesn't support freesync.
How deep are the blacks? Is it to the point when it looks like your tv is turned off when ,for example, you’re in a loading screen?? Really curious because Ik some TVs Black can be grayed our
This is an edgelit tv so there is some blooming in some scenes but it has amazing contrast, blacks are deep black.
Will you do a future review on the 2019 Hisense H8F
Yes that's probably my next tv I'll review.
Is it better to have contrast enhancer on or off for gaming? Also, what gamma setting do you use?
Just bought this today.... absolutely love it however not sure if i have dodgy speakers, when playing bf earlier and other connections it would pop and crackle, not sure if there is lag between the sound, is there any sound settings to go by, have tried resetting sound and have checked all the connections and have done a factory reset
Can you please make a video about this tv with the ps4 pro and the regular ps4
While in game mode I close my game down to play a new one and it flickers to a black screen then comes back on again with game mode on
Same that’s why I’m here
@@esnayderperla7105 basically it's the tv switching from hdr to hd . So it's not a fault with your tv
Show PC gaming with Radeon card. You can enable FreeSync via the HDMI with Radeon. I'm not sure about Nvidia RTX cards, i think those only support FreeSync through the display-port.
I will connect my PC with the TV but I don't have an AMD card only Nvidia.
Ok I have the 65q6fna and I don't have the ( ALLOW VARIABLE REFRESH RATE) check how do you get the
BOUNTY BOOM refresh starts at 55 inch
Could you tell me if this is better than the Samsung Crystal TU8000?
freesync range is only 48-60? i thought it was 48 to 120
Can i use 4k and the 120hz at the same time with this tv? Obviously for ps5/series x
So do you use HDMI 1 or one of the other ports? I have mine plugged into HDMI 1 but it says function unavailable when i try to turn on input plus for that port. Any info would help, thx mate!
Same with me it makes no difference what port you plug into as it’s always fades out? Not sure if I’m getting true HDR????
Hey i have a question. so built a pretty powerful computer to game on the 65in 4K Q60 TV. how do i get the full 120hz. do i need to plug 2 HDMI's into it? im sure its a dumb question. just i'd like to know the items i need to make it Full 120hz,
I connected it to my PC too, here is a video on it.

I have this exact same tv what should I do for my new xbox series x
I will test all functions with the new conseles once they are released.
@@JoelsterG4k awesome thanks for the reply
@@JoelsterG4k have you done the video yet with the next gen console?
I just bought this tv 2 hours ago, when playing god of war on my ps4 pro with freesync on ultimate and motion maxed out, I noticed when spinning the camera kratos' head has ghosting.....very disappointed never happened with my sony looks like its going back what do u think ?
PS4 Pro does not currently support Freesync , only Xbox One and PC support it thats why you see the ghosting
@@Or_Fog ahhhh ok I swear I was about to take it back, I'll try it with my xbox one x and see but thanks anyway man ....
@@MohannadHani Your welcome :)
PS4 pro doesn't support freesync, also don't use any kind of motion there is no need, you can use ingame performance or resolution, I have videos on how game motion plus works.
hello, i'm french and so i use an online translator.
thank you for this presentation. I bought this superb tv for Christmas and I am absolutely satisfied with it. an amazing picture and I paired it with a jbl 2.1 soundbar
Taking advantage of the confinement, I ordered the xbox one s and my question is as follows: is there a specific 4k hdmi port to connect it.
thank you for your answer in english ... no worries of course lol
takes care

oui donc si vous voulez une meilleure image pour votre xbox vous achetez un 4K Hdr Hdmi

nice TV for gaming
Thank you good video. Samsung 49Q60R - Samsung 55RU7400 - Philips 55PUS7304. i couldn't decide between these tv's.i will use it for ps4 pro which one do you think should I prefer?
Dont go with the 49q60r get the 55q60r or you wont get 120hz. You only get 120hz on the 55 inch version of the q60r
@@warcrabcyber9908 you're right, 55inch is better. thanks btw
Joel graphic Better with immagine game or cinema?
Sorry if you have already explained this but do you keep ambient light on or off?
I only use it when I watch movies.
Have this tv hevec? Thanks!
So for gaming QFN or Q60??

I have that tv but I don’t have the freesync option?
Do you have a 55" model or bigger? Do you have a console like the xbox one x connected to the tv or a PC that supports freesync? If you do, have you enhanced the hdmi port you are using.?

@Joelsterg4k is there any difference between Q60R o Q6DR?
sir! can I use this tv for xbox series x at 1440p 120fps?
60 hz for the 43 " it's like a budget tv, do you think it’s worth it ? hdr or quantum led have an interest in this size ?
Get the 50 inch you won't regret it.
@@MrJay197409 Thanks but i don't have enough space.
It would be amazing if you could demo this and similar Samsungs on a pc, love your vids!
Thanks yes I will connect it to my PC and make a video.
You should do a Netflix settings with this tv 👍🏼
"I avenge you my friend..." X'D dude you should have a twitch channel where you just stream games lol
DOes it play smoother no lag skip then 4ktv 40 inch 120hz???
40 inch is 60hz and no fressync. Maybe no high brightness
How is your setting background black?
Hi bro i heard this tv dont have local dimming, its true????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Yes there is no Local Dimming, is not like it made any difference since its edgelit, I showed that in this video.
What gamma settings do you use?
I got this Tv and it’s suck! I send it back and got LG nano cell 55” and it’s awesome
Hello! And how about the blacks on does nanocell tvs!?
Omar Fuentes My nanocell has full array dimming..the black are deep just like oled
@@cia4gent128 do the nano cells have Freesync?
Darzo actually you don’t need freesync for consoles..because there’s no games do more than 60fps..maybe freesync for pc yeah..but who’s using tv for PC?...freesync on TVs is just a marketing thing.
@@cia4gent128 not really there's quite a few 60fps games and it makes a difference with my x and next gen will be a bigger difference. I will also have a PC hooked up. I'm just looking for a second tv for my bedroom now with better HDR. This is the only thing this tv doesn't do too well.. don't get me wrong it is good for the average person.
Awesome review
What about for the PS4 pro ?
