I was at an adult gymnastics camp over the weekend and we were given a seminar by a super good coach, travels around the world helping national teams with gymnastics. He said to focus on just the top half of leg lifts because when you walk and run you are getting the majority of the bottom half anyways, also if you are swinging your legs momentum is carrying you through that bottom half. TL;DR try L hold - toes to bar instead of going all the way down. (not sure if any crossfit people do this, you are the only ones besides TLM that I watch :) )
Unless I'm the only one listening to this through headphones the left ear piece just has static noise. Where as the right one works fine. Checked another YT video and it was fine. Might want to check the sound equalizer in the edit.

hey, i would recommend that you strengthen your lower back instead of stretching the muscles. you might make things worse by over stretching the muscles, and you can also strengthen your glutes (midius/ minimum) by doing banded walks because it can help in stabilising your lower back overall. i've been struggling from sciatic pain lately and strengthening my intrinsic muscles is helping a lot. wish you all the best :)

Hey Craig this is going to maybe be a stupid question. But the weights you mentioned. Should you only add up the plates or also always include the bar itself in it? I'm always doubting which way to use when registering the weights i lifted :/

I found that I have been "competing" every time I go to the gym. I feel like i've made progress by "competing" in every workout but i'm curious if you think "training' would lead me to more success. Having torn my meniscus doing weighted box step overs I d like to say that you guys need to be very concentrated and if not sure avoid the movement. Oh and DO NOT perform them laterally!!
My full time job is making youtube videos, owning a clothing company and a training programme company - so Not a standard 9-5 if thats what you mean :)

Sit in a deep squat w no weights and pull something with ur hands
andrew hastings will try this, I actually have really good squat mobility - I was a catcher in softball.
Could also have some hip shift or tilt so your usung to much lower back instead of hinging properly

liv95liv he's got tons of videos on his cardio sessions. He tends to workout twice a day with his cardio sessions in the morning on the air bike.
