I cannot tell you how grateful I am for you offering this class with the very slow beginner level. I am actually an intermediate level, but I need to go back to very slow movements at least once a week to get my alignment right, slow down for myself, and build control. Please make more of these where there is a slow version, and the fast version!

That was an amazing workout! I had the chance to focus on technique, turnout, and rolling through my foot. In my 2 weekly classes, I feel rushed though warmup and technique. This helped so much!
I'm not gonna lie, this barre is SO HARD if you consistently use the right muscles, focus on turn out, and step away from the barre from time to time. Sweating buckets.
Finally a beginners Barre thank you so much Kathryn!! I tried this today, I love the point at the adagio where you have to keep your leg up for like an eternity!! 😅 I feel my extensions are gonna get so much better with this! 💕💕💕
