    I so appreciate this explanation. It was so clear and easy to follow. Will be sure to try it out and practice. Thanks

    Another tip for a lower shot is to grip down on the shaft and stand a little closer to the ball. You could also feel a sorter cut-off finish like Tommy Fleetwood does.

    Anyone else hearing pan-pipes in the background of this vid? Reminiscent of walking down a town high street and being asked to sponsor a disadvantaged penguin in Peru. Great content tho, Pete, thank you!

    Great video. I can only do the high flight and been trying to lower my flight quite a lot. Going to try this next time I’m out

    I would love to have an instructional video with Peter followed by a 9-hole match to see if I can get immediate results on the course. Manifesting it now to happen by the end of 2025... 😎

    Some carry and peak height values would have been helpful

    Great video Pete. When do you think people should start playing around with flight rather than just focus on consistent ball position and strike?

    • @sttteve
      @sttteve 4 місяці тому +2

      I don’t think there’s an exact stage, but once you get to 10ish handicap that means you’re striking the ball consistently enough to care about things like flight and shot shape.
      A solid consistent strike is priority numero uno.

    Great! But what about the lenght of each shot ?

    That is all very nice and interesting, but a short explanation would be helpful as to why and when to use these different ball flights? Why should one try to manipulate the dynamic loft and leave lots of room for error to creep in when one could just take another more or less lofted club? don't really understand why you want to make your life more difficult?

    I find moving ball back in stance gives me a draw and forward a fade.

    Similar question for me, when would low and high be best used? Great videos Pete, big fan of your style, keep up the good work mate!

    • @OllieRaggzMC
      @OllieRaggzMC 4 місяці тому

      Higher shots if you don’t want to ball to roll as much once it lands and lower for if you want to ball to run out, or lower shots if it’s windy and safer to keep the ball down and controlled

    Hey Peter, fancy giving me a set of clubs? Mine are crap and the price of clubs are crazy. My clubs are from 2016. My ping g20 is struggling here and my Wilson 3300 putter has a mind of there own

    Did you have to make changes to head/shaft weight with using those jumbo tour velvets? Since thats roughly 11 grams more than the standards.
