Licorice/ Star Anise flavor should whisper along the other notes, a sparingly deft hand is best for this IMO (perhaps a sprits or two?). This is inspired by a mocha cappuccino I used to enjoy. Although it was just guittard chocolate, stumptown holler mountain roast and whole milk.
Hey there man, I would love it if you made more fruiter shots as I would love shots to be more refreshing on the palette, with no straight-up booziness.
I seperate ego from my bartending. If the guest wants a horrible fruit muddled old fashioned then its my job to give them what they want. Shooters are fun too and not hard to put together

Feel as though the ABV of some of these is off for what is expected from "taking a shot". The New York sour one jumps out at me as low, but likely most of these are? A shaken NY sour will get watered down.

My favorite shot is taking 1 part of high quality licorice liquor and layering 1 part of your sour rashberry vodka liquor on top
