It's not funny it's really sad . What it comes down to Japanese are not weak minded . basically not child adults so they don't need Disney to be a part of there daily lives as opposed to US citizens requiring Disney as there therapy go-to place
Babe, you need to think lol. Our parks are bigger and have more people going. There’s higher demand here. People come to the US just to go to Disney parks.
I think it’s funny that this popped up on my feed. My friends and I are planning our trip to Tokyo and are going to stay at one of the Disney hotels for 2 nights but can’t decide which one!
These look much more reasonable than the Florida resorts and the theming looks amazing, I would love to stay at the Miracosta because I bet the food and views are amazing but the kids would probably enjoy the toy story hotel more!
I just wanted to share a sweet story (includes the hotels!). So the most expensive hotel has their rooms that let you see inside of the park! Usually everyone start to leave after the fireworks at 8:30 and people from their rooms would wave goodbye with their phone lights! People leaving will wave back with their phones. It was just so nice to know how many kind people there are.
Sadly, it’s not available anymore. This was the only footage I had of the hotel rooms there. But, I do have a full video showing what it looked like! ua-cam.com/video/cZx9tRc1zMU/v-deo.html
It was a fun experience but quite overpriced for what you got, sadly. They were for a limited time but I have a full video on UA-cam: ua-cam.com/video/cZx9tRc1zMU/v-deo.html
I want to try them all. I love watching your videos and since I live in Hong Kong, it's possible for me to try each and every single hotel. However, I want to stay in the hotel closest to the park (especially DisneySea, so, is that the Miracosta?) Either way, this is a great little video and thank you.
If you haven't already, i recommend checking out my guidebook on Tokyo Disney! It has updated pricing and tons more to make your trip planning less stressful. tdrexplorer.com/books
I saw L&R Dreamings vlog when they stayed at the Toy Story Hotel in China and didn’t know Japan had one. Definitely going now. I will try the character themed hotel that Mammoth Club just stayed at and Toy Story. Might do Universal too but stay near there and for shopping sightseeing a hotel in Tokyo too. Wow how long is my trip going to be?
I've been checking the room rate of Mira Costa since early this year and never see ¥44,500 again... the lowest is around ¥59,500 for most of the time 🥲
they cost nealry asnmuch als smallee luxury rooms and look like ... yeah... ist just an old long time not renovated hotel with Disney themed blankets...
In summer I like the Hilton Tokyo bay, which isn’t one of the Disney hotels but has a fantastic large lagoon pool which is lit up at night. It costs extra for the pool but it’s one of the nicest pools in the Tokyo/Chiba area so I think it is worth it.
Disney over in Japan is probably the best Disney in the entire world. Not only their rides but the immense theming and cleanliness and friendliness and food and the merchandise. The food alone is basically a journey and even their food will have certain themes and even come with actual plates and stuff that are able to go home with you. It seems like every thing down to the smallest detail is meant to make you feel like you’re in this particular theme or environment or world. I find it a little disheartening that the same is not done here in America. The most outrageous thing is the fact the hotels here that are nowhere near as nice or themed like those in Japan cost so much more to stay in per night.
It’s funny that the foreign Disney hotels cost less than the ones in California
I think it's because of the numbers, California Disneyland is usually blowing the other parks out of the water purely talking ticket sales

円安ですよ
It could be the USD to JPY exchange rate. It’s currently $1 to ¥150
Wow! I love that their hotels are more affordable than US ones
The current exchange rate is helping too. They get quite expensive once you go beyond the standard rooms.

Ikr cuz the rooms at the Disney Hotels in Florida can range from $500 to $970

@@Floofel. I always wave back! It is a fun tradition :))
And that’s per night right not per person? It’s crazy how much more affordable it is to stay there vs Florida or California
Per night.
I adore the Toy Story Hotel. It would feel like I'm in a toybox.
I stayed at the Mystays Maihama for 60 us per night and walked over to the park.
the Toy Story hotel looks so amazing, omg!!!
A kingdom Hearts room!!!!! Eeeeep!!!
Sadly, it’s not available anymore. This was the only footage I had of the hotel rooms there. But, I do have a full video showing what it looked like!

Love the kingdom hearts theme!
Toy Story for sure
Toy Story hotel
DISNEY AMBASSADOR for me! Can't go past art-deco style. Toy Story sounds good too! ❤
Hotel Mircosta looks nice. Maybe someday…😂
Is it difficult to book them? Whenever I check the booking site there’s zero availability
The fact that Disney world’s budgets hotels are sometime more expensive is sad
Aloha; Which is closest to parks? Or has transportation to and from hotel to parks.? Is there early entry or late hours to the parks? Which hotels?
Not Tokyo Disney hotels costing less than an American holiday inn😭
The toy story hotel! But its really hard to book 😔
Wild that these hotels are cheaper per night than the tiny hotel I work at in Napa Valley
Do you have any tips for international guests on how to book these hotels?
The Kingdom Heart room ♥️♥️😍
The toy story hotel is so cute and so on the nose I love it, you're like part of the cartoon
I want to sleep in the Kingdom Hearts room!!! 🥺

Toy story hotel and the one that has theme room ❤🫶 🙋🏻♀️

YES
Omg where did you get your Buzz Lightyear shirt from?… btw i LOVE all your vlogs!!!!
It’s the pajamas in the toy story hotel…I remember seeing that in his video when he stayed there.
Disney Ambassador!
@tdrexplorer can you do an updated price list please? I'm planning a trip for November and it's been a bit stressful

I wanted to stay at the ambassador hotel. But I couldn't get a reservation. I did get in at the celebration. Oh well maybe next time.
The prices in Disneyland Paris are insane! One night at the disneyland hotel (5 stars) costs over 1000€
Miracosta!
Toy Story looks the most fun and well themed. But only if you like Toy Story. But I love Toy Story 😊
All of them 😍
How far in advance can you book the resort and which website would you recommend. Thanks
Is that Ambassador Hotel room Kingdom Hearts themed?! That freakin rules
didn't realize Toy Story Htl ws so afforable - it's less than US ones I wil b staying at.
I don't know where you're seeing those low-end prices for the three premium hotels! I can't find them.
BRO they have Kingdom Hearts themed rooms?? Omg that’s amazing
The big boat model in the first one was gorgeous!! What ship is it specifically, if any?

I saw this and immediately booked the Toy Story hotel! I can't wait!
Disney ambassador
Hi Chris which hotel do you think offers most value for money. Proximity to the park, free gifts, best food etc.
We have a guidebook that helps you plan your trip to Tokyo Disney! tdrexplorer.com/books
I think Toy Store would be fun
Staying at Miracosta in May 2023
Way cheaper than the Disney hotels in the US
I think toy story 📖 hotel 🏨
Toy story looks nice🥰
oh dear!
