Cover Gasket for CNC Router Vacuum Hold Down of Small Parts
Cover Gasket for CNC Router is intended to allow the CNC Router operator to hold small and/or narrow parts on the CNC vacuum table. Small and narrow parts are difficult to gasket without creating a custom cut gasket with ALL STAR CNC Cover Gasket. They are difficult to gasket if using one of the other methods because of the limited surface area of the part. The goal is to create a vacuum pocket under the part to vacuum clamp the part vs downdraft the part on a spoil board. By covering the entire fixture (solid non-porous material) with a CNC Router gasket, users can cut parts directly into the gasket, and then create custom vacuum pocket areas to match the size and shape of their parts. This is a dedicated fixture product vs a spoil board product. Once it is created it can be used over and over again. Some customers create a "library" of Dedicated Fixtures.
CNC Router Cover Gasket can be supplied in pre-sized sheets or custom widths in all thicknesses and densities. This video is a product introduction.
