The tournament casts Halo's observer mode. It is not the players actual FOV. That why you often see shots registering when the player isn't even aiming at the enemy.
Optic thinks they are slick. They made a huge move and instead of seeing how the team really holds up, they are sending out 3 out of 4 with the 4th being the weakest on the team, yes i know formal is him.
I don't understand comments saying "This is only 3/4 of Optic". Like, Falcated is an amazing player, Formal isn't much better. AND Optic is a new team, not like they've been playing together a bunch and Fal is just filling in. Maybe they'll mesh better, but this SR squad is gonna be fire on LAN... hopefully. Where is SSG? What is wrong with these pros?
Isn’t much better? Cmon man formal was what a top 4-6 player last year? Fal is good but he hasn’t been in a finals of an event in like 5 years. Realistically they’re not even in the same realm of players. There’s easily 20 players better than fal and everyone in sr clears.
formal spent the entirety of a dead halo 4 winning all of these tournaments while these kids were in middle school... and people still confused why he doesn't feel like doing it over 10 years later lol
genuinely it doesn't feel like these off season tournaments matter all that much. but it's still sucks for optic fans such as myself not to see the full squad competing currently

@@SouLAnimation I don't even think any squad of that caliber would chalk up a loss like that to "online." Online tournaments are meaningless, but it's not going to be a reason for a result like this. Especially when every player on their team is centrally located. And Royal 2 is playing in Canada LOL
