@@JashRadia in comparison to others yes but when my brother was working in similar level of company his take was you have to be really good or have to devote lot of hardwork to maintain same quality of work as those who are good. In the end what matters is result and most people get laid off or leave around after an year. He was the hardworking type to he used to work around very seriously to have same quality as his peers. In the end he got experienced and got better and left the MNC for a startup in US there he is earning 4x times also his schedule is flexible but his work is also intense there. He said he found his people there they all are good friends now.

It is definitely harder but not impossible. You need to focus on additional skills which are generally not taught in classes. Entry barrier can be harder in IT roles within campus placement since IC is not considered a circuit branch. So you need to look for external opportunities asap. But it's doable.
